I used my credit card to purchase a $5 self serve car wash. I got my credit card bill and was…read morebilled $20. I called and was told that the credit card gets charged $5 for every 4 minutes you use it up to $20 unless you hit a button on the machine to stop the charge when you are done. I've used many self serve washes and have never encountered that method. I called and told them the situation and asked to be refunded. They told me no and that their are signs that say that the button has to be hit to stop. Poor customer relations, in my opinion and also be aware if you use that car wash so this doesn't happen to you.
