The hood had no prior damage. After the detailing service, I discovered a large paint blister and erosion in the exact area where Keegan had worked when he delivered the car, and upon inspection of the finished work. He acknowledged using a power washer on the hood but refused accountability, stating it "wasn't his responsibility" if the paint chipped while he was servicing it. This response is concerning from someone who should understand proper paint care techniques and equipment settings. Incomplete Service The detailing work itself was substandard, and multiple areas remained dirty, including: -All windows -Door bottoms and joints -Back hatch (particularly neglected) This level of incomplete work is unacceptable and unlike any professional detailing I've experienced elsewhere. Unprofessional Customer Service After documenting the damage with photos, I contacted the business immediately through multiple channels, requesting a resolution. The owner (Keegan) has completely ignored my communications--no response, acknowledgment, or attempt to address the situation. There are so many car washes in the area that we didn't know which to try first. After scoping out reviews we figured this would be a good place to start! We pulled around back to get into the auto wash (because who doesn't want to throw their vehicle into neutral and coast through a giant automatic car wash), and we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman asking if we had ever been to Auto Wash before. We said no, and he explained all of the options. They've even got a multiple monthly unlimited plans if you are in the market for that! But today we were just stopping in to try it out, so he handed us an info pamphlet and offered to give us a free trial wash. Awesome! Who says no to that?! We pulled forward and kicked back while giant hoses, sponges, and driers did their thing. It never really gets old going through these, especially if you have kids. We were a tiny bit disappointed that they did not hand dry at the end, but it was a great wash experience anyway. It cleaned ALMOST everything off except for a little bit of stubborn bird poop. Even though I would say the wash itself was not quite as thorough as we were hoping, customer service was absolutely stellar. They also have a self wash option, and a place to vacuum out the car. Definitely recommend based on this experience, and I am sure we will be back to try out their other services in the future!
