I am going to planet fitness for ten bucks a month where equipment works!! I had billing issues and went through hell with customer service as my billing method was not updated correctly. After calling customer service I was told that they must speak to management. Meanwhile, management told me I must call customer service. Nobody knew how to work the machines or had any knowledge. Always issues finding my contract. Extremely poor management! For 32 bucks a month, or 380 dollars a year, at least fix the machine that has been repeatedly asked about to be fixed. The sauna is an incredible joke that takes hours to warm up. You need to turn it on before you work out and even then it might not be hot enough to reap the benefits of what a sauna should provide. Please go to a management/customer service seminar as this gym truly needs that.
