My work career caused moves to seven different metropolitan areas in the Eastern United States. I feel that for all families, the cost of dental care is a major concern. In the case of Dr. Brusky, I feel that the steps have been taken to carefully review treatment options as he did with a major bridge that was beginning to fail. After carefully reviewing the options he gave me the choice of either doing a complete replacement or a fix that he thought would suffice which cost a fraction of the replacement. Please call our office at 920-437-3376 to let us know if this works for you.  Are you kidding me!? The day before my appointment and suddenly there is a "short amount of time"? This is very unprofessional. I can't rearrange my schedule at the drop of a hat. Wouldn't this be known (amount of time needed) when the appointment was made considering they knew EXACTLY what was being addressed in the first place!? Having no crown at all for two weeks has not been easy or entirely painless either. I could have made an appointment with a reputable company and not wasted my time here. Now I will have to find somewhere else and wait all over again to get this done! Thanks for absolutely nothing. I got an appointment at Parc Village Dental the same week I called them. I can not recommend this facility to anyone for a number of reasons…read more Their patient account portal was changed nearly 2 years ago and I am still unable to access my account. Staff gives conflicting answers on how this could be remedied, none of which are correct. The hygenist that I was assigned to, is not patient friendly. She complains that her shoulders ache because of the angle of the chair that is comfortable to me. When I contact the office and ask not to be scheduled with this hygenist, they reschedule the appointment to a later date but with this same hygenist. Appointments are hard to get, they clearly have the facility to serve more patients but it is under utilized. When I recently (in person) inquired if I had any outstanding payments and notified them to close my account, I was assured that it was taken care of. One month later they are renewing the supplemental dental insurance policy I purchased from them in the past. Ugggghhh.
