I was having financial difficulty and asked for a payment plan and was told "we don't do that". The dentist called and told me I had to pay $200 now and $200 in a month. I told him I couldn't afford that. I did a counter offer and heard nothing from them. so then they sued me for it . Good thing the collection company was willing to take payments. worse experience with a dentist ever. Their office staff need some training as well. Their service is ok. But there billing is the worst I have even seen. I spent over 2 hours today…read moreworking on the bill. Their estimate of service has always been off by over 20%. This past visit was no different. To top it off they now claim I had a past due amount for about a year. No bill ever arrived at my house. Nothing on the three bills for this procedure showing a previous bill. But the bill I received today had a credit from my wife's account on it. When I called to ask about this they told me I had a past due amount and used her credit to help offset it. So they applied her credit to my account without her permission. They keep her credit for over a year without tell her she had a credit. No sure how they get off intermingling accounts. I would not step foot in this place if you value your money$$$$$$$$$$&$$
