I would never tell anyone to use this company....had a brand new AC/Furnace done in June of 2018.....crappy job through and through.....promised one year of filter changes/service and they did not make good on that promise.....it takes me 25 minutes to change the filter because of how they have it set up.....no filter rack....I was promised that would be changed as well.....NEVER HAPPENED...I should have received a new pad as my new unit is bigger but I did not...now I am having to pay someone to FIX ALL THE MANY ISSUES I have with a system that is not even one year old.....and I was told really should have had a bigger unit......BEWARE......just read the reviews....... read more

Brian tries his best however sometimes that's not good enough. This guy is a supreme liar and full of bs. Everything this guy said from the onset was a lie. Nothing he said happened. There was times when they were supposed to come out to service my home and Never did and didn't even bother to call. He had 8 different people in my home and when he couldn't figure out the issue he became irritated and was very confrontational. I think he is a decent guy but clearly out of his league. He claims to be trained but obviously he needs more training. His office manager was rude and I also had to cut into her as they both need a lesson in customer service. The only way I would recommend Brian Services is to someone down on their luck and desperate for in-house financing. read more

Where to begin. Brian came out to my house in mid-november to fix my heat. We should have stopped there. While he was there I mentioned I had had a water leak in one of my bathrooms which he told me they specialized in water restoration and repair. I called my insurance company and the adjuster came out and met with Brian and it was quickly approved. It went downhill from there. He quickly started becoming a no-show but i gave him the benefit of the doubt because there had been a delay in getting the insurance check. Hiwever, once he got the money he just never came back! my house is half torn apart, he cut a 3 foot square hole in my kitchen that goes down to the dirt because he said he was going to fix my kitchen floor as well as it had shown some water damage there too. As of January 17th he came over that and spoke with me and my 92 year-old mother (he claims to give the elderly a special rate) and convinced us he needed the remainder of the monies that was agreed upon on the contract and we were gullible and gave him the money that was due when the job was complete. He was so Earnest and seemed so nice! BS! That was the last time we saw Brian. Besides the damage to my kitchen my bathroom is not half done. I have a pile of moldy debris in my yard and my bathroom fixtures are sitting in a bedroom. He will not return calls, texts or email. I could write alot more, this is the condensed version. He promised us work that was and shows no sign of being completed. Oh and he claims to be recommended by the BBB. He is NOT and according to the BBB website he had been warned twice previously to stop illegally using their logo in his ads. He took us for $5800.00 and just walked away. Brian Services/Brian Ragsdale never fulfilled the agreed upon and paid for contractual repairs. I should have listened to my gut when he jokingly stated we could just deposit the insurance check in our bank and write him a personal check without waiting on the mortgage company's endorsement. That would have on piously been insurance fraud. I felt he was shady then but by then we had a contract. His so called contract was a joke. He took the money and ran. By far the WORST repair experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Contacted Brian Services in July ac unit went out they came out service my unit and informed us we needed a new motor. The guys put the motor in hung around a few minutes supposedly checking the air temp. Next day I call back ac unit was barely blowing air out the vents the entire night house was warm n THE MONTH OF JULY they sent out the same two guys told them my issue he states everything is ok its a new motor .....still doubtful but OK figure they knew what they were doing eventually the air blew out a little more consistent A month later on a Sunday night we hear a loud pop followed by burning smell We contact another company which informs us the wrong motor was placed in our unit....Same day upon receiving this information contacted Brian who states he did not service our unit, he does not service our area like are you serious I had the receipt. Finally he states he gave the job to someone else and he needed to contact them and asked if we could send him a picture of the motor that was install by them(Brian Services or whoever the other company were all I knew they had on Brian Services shirts). We sent the pic and contacted them to verify receiver . So after several promises to call back (out the office, at lunch) it was always something. We finally spoke with the receptionist which states we would be refunded the full amount the first week of September. Okay figure they were taking responsibility for the their wrong doing. Needless to say, we receive a refund for the MOTOR ONLY not the labor because a job was performed.... REALLY you sent a company here that I was not aware was not your company , the wrong motor (fire hazard) not to mention my wood floors got ruin and WE ARE BEING CHARGE FOR YOUR NEGLIGENCE NEVER ONCE DID ANYONE APOLOGIZE AND THE WORST PART YOU ALL ARE GIVING US THE RUN AROUND TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.... I had a similar experience to Kay M. I sit here without heat because of Brian Services, and I post here because if I post on Google, I will get the phone calls Kay M. describes - that is why I took my review off of Google. They came several times to correct a surge problem. First time, they left without even checking if the unit was working - it was not. Second time, it worked, and they did not recharge me. I was encouraged I had good folks. It went off again doing the same thing. Third time, I was told, without a bill, that I owed $400. I was charged a service call - why for the same issue? I was being charged for two hours for two people, when they stayed just over an hour. I was billed at around 800 percent for the part - most HVAC people mark up 300%. I asked to speak to the owner. I got a text back from the office manager pretending to be him - telling me she did a great job, and when I told the office manager I was not going to pay for time that I did not get, she said they would take the part off - I told her to go ahead and not come back. He did call when he returned to discuss my Google post, and how great his folks were. I got frustrated with the calls. They were just excuses for overcharging me and his upset at the Google review. I told him I was going with another company, and he had the nerve to tell me he knew them and would call them. I decided that I would wait, so that he could not interfere, and my neighbor is attempting to fix it, but he is an electrician and not HVAC, so I will need to find someone he does not know. They have been in business over a year, and his family does some of the work. At first I thought they were great because he did not charge much and was nice, but I think there is some inexperience, and they don't stand behind their work. This is a fly by night business who pays for the good reviews by promising a discount of $50 if you write a good review. This is not a real company, it's a one man band trying to work a full time job and then run service calls on the side. I have four foster children under the age of five and I've been tryin since early September to get him back to my house to fix my furnace because he f..d it up when he made some other repairs. Now it's October and he has promised for three weeks to come back. I've got a cold house and cold babies...he knows my situation and won't do as promised. He should be ashamed of how he treats people. he gave me a price to come out and I agreed and then he had some lady call and say it would be another $150 to come out. I'm angry and cold because it's Saturday and I won't be able to get a serviceman without paying extra money that I don't have.....Monday morn going to be 40 degrees....take my money and go by heaters.
