Brian has been great to us. Had him cut 4 beef up, and he did a great job on the cuts, wrapping, and labeling.

Lin's Market Richfield - Self- checkout machine

This is the alternative to shopping for groceries, instead of shopping at Walmart in Richfield,…read moreUtah. It's located off of Main Street across from the Maverick gas station. They have all the departments of a standard grocery store. Deli, Produce, Bakery, etc. The produce department had fresh produce. Organics were scarce. They had a delicious slice of carrot cake available in the produce department for only $2.50 a slice. They also have soups in that section along with sandwiches. I deducted one star because I found checkout slow in self-checkout. The machine prompted for a Perks rewards card number that I could not locate on their website. It would be nice if that rewards number was readily available on Lin's website. I was instructed by a store employee, after pressing the help button on the screen, to simply enter the phone number associated with the Perks reward account I was shopping with. It worked just fine with the phone number. Music plays over the store through speakers like any other grocery store. Kind of sad music at times, but mostly popular music. It wasn't loud in the store. A Starbucks is at the front near the entrance on the right when you walk in.

The market is very clean and well-stocked, and has a giant bread-making machine that puts out freshly-baked loaves! It mixes and kneads the dough, lets it proof and bakes it. The loaves weren't ready when we were there, but it was fun to watch them being made, and they were just being baked. I saw a lady with a loaf in her cart while we were walking around, so she must've just gotten the last one. We walked around the market and bought one thing, but all the staff there were really nice. The Starbucks crew were really nice as well, and the bathrooms were very clean! Parking was plenty, and it was just a great experience. If you need groceries and/or a place to stop for Starbucks, this is a great way to kill two birds with one stone!

Good local pizza in Richfield, Utah, USA. There are large windows if you are dining in. Great views…read moreof the surrounding area. We bought a large one topping pizza with two drinks. It was $22. Kind of expensive, but things are expensive right now in America's economy. The pizza was somewhat thick. Not deep dish though. I enjoyed 4 slices from the large pizza. The person I was with ate 3 slices. We had four slices remaining to take with us in a box. So you get a lot for a large pizza. The only bad part was the booth tables weren't wiped down. I guess they were pretty busy. No time to bus the tables. Other than that, it was an enjoyable experience with good pepperoni pizza.

These guys exceeded my expectations! The dough is fresh. I watched her stretch it out and sauce it right from the other side of the counter. The pizza was ready as we finished our salads. Tasty sauce, abundant toppings and delicious crust made it a real treat. We arrived right after lunch rush and couldn't find a clean table but when they realized, someone came out right away to correct that. It's bright and casual inside. Don't let the exterior fool you: it's good food!

We went to this store to try to find some items we couldn't get at the other grocery store in town…read more We found some items but others they didn't carry at this Walmart. This store didn't carry some of the products that we find at other Walmart's. The Walmart Supercenter is set up like most other supercenters. It was clean with a deli & grocery on one end and pharmacy/home goods on the other. I'm not a big fan of Walmart (lowering quality of things for a cheap price) but in this small town, you go different places to find different things.. The deli was very clean, hot food like chicken bites (tasty) real hot and deli meat & cheese with salads look clean and neat. The produce is good quality with some variety but they won't stock bean sprouts (?) or the usual veggies & fruit-although they do not stock the more unusual shishito peppers. The basic veggies looked good but the fruits didn't have a large stock. We probably would go to the Walmart again if I needed some product while in the area that I couldn't find at the other grocery.

Not terribly helpful, but I got a pot listed on sale for six something, and at self checkout it showed 8 something. She came over, for some reason the checkout failed, and I mentioned the price discrepancy. She said, "Well it's not on sale. Nothing I can do about it!" Wow, thanks so much for the friendly helpful attitude. I realize these people get paid dirt for their work, while the Waltons cash in, but this was not the way to treat a customer. "Nothing I can do about it!" And even if you could, I'm not sure you would.
