Listen, I am an absolute mush over my 8 pound Bichon, to have her posing with Santa?! Be still my heart. We arrived at their Huntington Village location early. We walk up the stairs and check in. Then, we start dressing our baby in a Santa hat. Sooo cute! I ordered Christmas cards with my baby on the cover. My sons? Gimme grandchildren or get to Steppin'! For now it's all about my baby girl. Len Marks Photography is involved with Veterans causes, as a Veteran of a foreign war, I'm glad to support this business. Doug and the entire team were great to work with throughout the day. They kept everything moving, made sure we got all of the pictures we wanted, and were so easy to work with. We had a pretty big wedding party and a lot of family photos, and they handled everything without it ever feeling stressful. Most importantly, we absolutely love how our pictures came out. They captured our day beautifully and gave us so many photos that we'll have forever. We're really happy we chose Patken and so thankful to Doug for making the trip to be there for our wedding. I can not even begin to discuss the disappointment with this company and no one should feel…read moredisappointed on their wedding day. The photos I received from my wedding were terrible. Amanda was my photographer. The assistant photographer did a better job than my main photographer. The photos looked like an absolute mess. The getting ready photos that we're taken in my house, we're not set up by the photographer at all. She was just snapping photos from every angle with dresses, bags in the back, my bridesmaids in the back doing their own make up, all the bridal robes all over the place. When I brought this to their attention they used Covid as an excuse that they are unable to move things out of the photo and lack of space in houses (Funny - because my house has a ton of space). The whole point of having a photographer is to set up the scene if they didn't think the photo looked nice then she should've moved me to a different angle with nothing in the background. They also used the excuse that these were all candid shots. A candid shot is still set up nicely. I will The photographer put no creativity and energy into taking the photos, it was as if she just snapped a random 2000 photos and hoped for the best. When the photographer walked in, one thing I was specific about was where to take my detailed shots. I showed her the location of where I wanted them and trusted her that they would be done this way. She instead took it upon herself to use a different scene with my kitchen and microwave in the background of the photos. She was too busy in my house taking pictures of random things, like a half eaten tray of fruit, a tray of bagels that was already cut into, magnets on my fridge, and picture frames in my house instead of focusing on me and setting up the scene to make the photos look nice. Some of the most important moments such as the first look with my father, walking down the aisle with my father were messed up and blurry. These are photos that I would never be able to retake. I was actually concerned and wanted to bring it to the attention of Silver Fox and had a nasty response from Danielle, basically blaming everything on candid shots and Covid. I was then redirected to the manager and explained everything to him. I also mentioned why we didn't take more photos outside and his response was the photographer said it was cold out. My wedding was in March, obviously it was cold but I was the one in the dress and I was not complaining. He acknowledged that my photographer did remember me specifically telling her where to take the detailed shots and instead did it in a different place with the kitchen as a backdrop anyway. I was told that since I am feeling this way he could edit 20 photos for me. After spending almost $6000, being extremely disappointed and embarrassed to show people my wedding photos, I do not think that editing 20 photos would correct how I felt. It was the way the photographer did the job. Apparently after several emails, the photos are up to Silver Fox studios standards. That says a lot and anyone that is reading this review should know that apparently they have very low standards. I got better pictures from my friends iPhones the following day.

DO NOT USE THIS PHOTOGRAPHER…read more We used him because his product is good. He takes good pictures, cant deny that. However, we instantly regretted it. Elie himself came late to the wedding and we were forced to scramble and cut out important family pictures in order to start the wedding on time. The groom didnt get any pictures with two of his three siblings and their children. After the wedding, Elie called us and threatened to bring us to court for not paying him the fee for overtime. During the weeding, he had never approached us and asked us if we even wanted overtime, nor did he send us a bill. Of course we were forced to forfeit our wedding album that was in the contract so that we can pay his absurd $1700 overtime fee. After coming late to our wedding and failing to take pictures with the Groom and his family, he charged us for overtime! When we received our wedding preview video, it included songs that we did not request and again, he wanted to charge us to remove portions of the video that he had never asked us if we wanted. Our wedding pictures came out and he spelled the Groom's last name incorrectly. The entire process was completely unprofessional. They were difficult to work with and very unclear via communication. We even asked him what time to come and provided him with a schedule of the pictures that we wanted, we barely have half and had to pay so much for the overtime. I know his pictures are good but DONT BE FOOLED! Avoid this photographer and save a major headache, save your money, and walk away with the wedding pictures that you want. I dont ever post but I felt like it was my achrayus to save people from the terrible experience that we had!! Please listen, I beg of you.
