Unfortunately, we went a few days after it snowed, and it was pretty muddy outside. Its nothing that they can control, but if they used rocks instead, it might have been considerably less muddy.... So it seems that they want to be a mall replacement. And they charge 30,45,and 60 for pictures, and it was super popular! The line was atleast 15 people deep. I will say they did a good job, he seemed like a nice santa. They also have a ton of Christmas stuff from ornaments to various decorations available for sale. I have only been once, and im probably not going back. They seem to be a huge garden center in the summer for all your gardening needs, unfortunately we don't garden lol! They do a great job with branding! Huge letters indicating where you are lol! I love their floral arrangement that spells out their name as well. Other than that, service is ok, nothing crazy, staff is friendly enough. They were doing a craft with kids, I was about to do it with my kids, but it had like 17 steps and they are 1 3 4 with short attention spans lol! So they wrote letters to santa and we left. Aside from santa being expensive, the rest of the stuff seems competitively priced. All in all, a decent place, santa is expensive.

I would not trust this shop with anything important. I placed an order for my simple wedding…read morebouquet in February 2025 for my wedding in September 2025. I called on Thursday 9/4 to confirm what time I could pick up the flowers on Friday 9/5, the agreed upon date. When they returned my call at 5:15pm on 9/4, they told me they never placed the order for my flowers, seemed to have no recollection of my order, and told me flat out they could not get my flowers until after my wedding date. They confirmed they did have the paperwork for my order and they still had my emails, but they never marked down the date that the order was needed by. The person on the phone was not apologetic and did not offer any solutions whatsoever. In fact the exact words were, "I don't know what to tell you." We scrambled all night trying to find a shop that was even open and could get the white calla lilies we were hoping for in less than 24 hours. It was a true nightmare situation. We received more sympathy and help from shops we had never spoken to before than the shop who put us in this situation in the first place.

Yesterday, I met Ted, a WONDERFUL person who helped me select the right tomatoes and peppers for my Mother-in-Law based on her requirements.
