Service was good when we were at the store. My husband and I bought a bed that had built in drawers. One of the drawers was chipped and assembled wrong. I called them and they said they would replace it and reassemble it. I have not heard back. I thought it was a good place to buy furniture but I guess not. I did want to go back for a dining table and living room set but since they want to ghost people I look for a different place. read more

Amazing customer service! Super helpful. They took time to answer all my questions about financing, delivery and future purchases. Never rushed me, never tried to sell me anything I didn't want. Did not try to up-sale me. I went to a few different stores before Brianna's and they all tried to up-sale and rush us! I am definitely a future customer! Delivery guys were awesome! They moved My old couches for me and put my new ones where I wanted! Even waited a couple minutes while I vacuumed, after they moved the old ones! Walked in with my two energetic daughter's and I was asked if I needed help right away. I had my application in hand, but it wasn't completed. The lady , I forget her name I think it was Rebeca. She offered me a seat and to take my time to fill it out. She even gave my daughter's sticky notes and pens to draw, so nice. Even though my daughter's we're jumping on the furniture, and I was trying so hard for them not to, they didn't seem to mind. I'm saying this because some places people just get attitudes and say "please no jumping, or no running" but this place was understanding thankfully. I walked around a few times, there are some cute furniture sets and beds. And I chose my favorite one. They were able to deliver the next day in the morning, earlier than said. But they also told me that if anything opened up the same day, they would let me know and deliver same day, which was very thoughtful. Overall, the paper work is easy, they explain payments and other information to where you understand. And they also check up on the day they deliver for a confirmation delivery. I do though apologize because I wasn't fully prepared honestly. I didn't have my ID and they accepted that I did have a picture of it on my phone. Great first experience. Awesome customer service. And kids friendly . I definitely recommend Brianna's Home Furniture to whoever needs furniture. I believe they said they have a second store in a different area in Modesto as well. I have to agree with the other Yelpers who said the 5 star reviews seem fishy (BS was the exact word). After reading all of the praises and going to closer furniture stores in our area, my husband and I went to Brianna's to look at recliners. They only had one recliner in the showroom - the rest was in a book. The sales person didn't seem very eager to help us, and it wasn't even busy. He just brought us his books and said look here. We walked around the showroom and thought most of the furniture looked cheap and over priced. One bedroom set looked like a DIY person bought it used and tried to fix it. It looked like the pieces were sanded down, then painted with shiny, silver spray paint! Of course, this is just my opinion. Maybe a very bad professional did it. Check out the Furniture Market, RoomsXpress, and Home Style Furniture. The service, atmosphere, and quality of furniture beats Brianna's. We were very close to buying at Furniture Market (love the lady who works there, Gloria)! But we ended up buying a living room set and bedroom furniture at Home Style Furniture, even though it only has a 2 star rating! read more

Honestly the worst place I've ever been. Ordered an in stock couch and coffee table and it took 5 weeks to get delivered ! When they came to deliver the couch after unloading the sectional they then told us they forgot the coffee table . I have called them over 20 times to see where our coffee table was they then told me it was there but I had to wait until they had another deliver in Atwater even though we paid the $100 delivery fee! BLOWS my mind how unprofessional these people are ! read more

Purchased a bedroom set in March 2021, was told the headboard and rails were not in stock and would be in the beginning of May which I was okay with. May came around nobody called. Called them they said in 2 weeks. 2 weeks came around again nobody called. Called them they said mid June. When they finally delivered in June, turns out the rails were not the correct ones. I was told they would call next week to deliver, they never did. After 3 weeks I called them again and they scheduled me for next day 3-4pm. 5pm came around and I called to make sure they were delivering they said "Yes, running late but we are delivering". Waited till 6pm nobody showed up or even called. This whole time I had to be the one calling nobody gave me updates on anything . Wont be buying here again. read more

This place is by far the worst experience I've ever had to deal with. Based on the reviews we should have been more careful but we were giving them the benefit of the doubt. We went in one day in search of a new dining table and a guy named Carlo helped us. Initially we were going to buy a smaller set but he convinced us into buying a bigger set for $200 more and we agreed. He said he could get it to us within 2 days but didn't receive it until a week which is reasonable. A week passed, we got a call for pick up...went to the warehouse, we noticed there was a long crack on the leg of the table. We told them we can't accept it and they said no worries we will put together another one in the back but it will take about an hour or so and we said okay great. 6 hours passed and no phone call so we called them and was told it's ready for pick up. We drove there to pick up, brought it home and noticed that they gave us the same exact table that had the same crack on the leg, they just glued and stained it. We inspected the dining set a bit more and we noticed another crack on the other side of the table. We were extremely upset. Called to let them know and they said they will get another leg piece delivered by the end of the week. It's now a month later, no phone calls so I messaged them and of course no reply. Please save your time and money and go else where. These people don't care about their customers or values. They will lie just to make a sale. read more

Very bad experience! I bought a dinning set on December. I also bought an extra pair of chairs which they told me will be delivered in 7-10 days after the purchase. After one and a half month, there was no notice about the chairs, and nobody called me. I went to the store asking about the chairs and they didn't know about it. I asked for a refund. I was told that I was having my refund. It's been two weeks and I haven't had my refund, or any call back whatsoever. Nobody takes responsibility. I don't recommend the service. read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! First of all, they dropped the head border, and drawers while loading it to the truck. They told me they would order me a new head border as well as new drawers. Ok let me just say that not only did the meet my expectations but they exceeded them! My husband and I walked in and the showroom they were incredibly helpful. We found what we were looking for and delivery was setup for this morning. They just delivered my new living room set. It is quite lovely And very good quality. CHEAP QUALITY!!! RUDE. Never buying here again!! I purchased a bedroom set. The only reason I'm giving it a two star is because the bed looks beautiful. I paid almost 3,500 for this set and one of the legs on the bed broke within the month!!!! The dresser light doesn't match the one on the bed they are different colors!! One is yellow and the other white. The nightstand is wobbly. And all the furniture (is lined with glass) was covered with sweat smears because the assemblers didn't wear any gloves!! Not to mention when I went to give my final payment, the ladies at the register tried to charge me 237$ when the ending balance was like 90$!! I told her that isn't correct. One of them proceeds to give me attitude and says she doesn't know how to check the balance. My husband was there and just looked at me and started to laugh lol!! so 2/14 I went to look for good quality Furniture, Maria was great told me I was getting quality but it would be a lil more pricey which I didn't care as long as I was getting good quality furniture! So I purchased a bedroom set and a dresser for my sons room. Like many of you I was told 7-10 days for delivery. 1st no calls no updates until I called two weeks after. 2nd the dresser they finally brought me was damaged, they took it back. Today is MARCH 4th they just left with the dresser that has dents and cracks! mind you it was not in a box. long story short this is RIDICULOUS I will never buy from them and recommend everyone to go elsewhere.
