My husband and I have been using the Floral Gallery since 2003! We met Alana and her Mom when they were on Main St. Marlboro back then. They did our wedding flowers - everything! They were the best (flowers and people) and we never go anywhere else! To this day, whenever I need anything, I always call Alana and love to visit her creative shop. I got my flowers for my wedding from here. We planned the wedding in 8 weeks and the florist was very accomidating. She understood my vision which was helpful because i am not creative and i showed her probably 20 different examples. My husband is from another country and she was thoughful enough to order flowers from overseas to add to our bouque. In the end she gave us nice jars to display the bouques at the wedding and to take home. Came very nicely packaged. We picked them up the day before and they didnt wilt at all. I have to give a shout out to Alana at The Floral Gallery, right here in Marlboro. I received the most beautiful flower arrangement created in her shop on Monday and it is GORGEOUS! Every time I look at it, I have stop and take it all in. It smells delightful! I LOVE every single flower in the arrangement! The magenta rose on the right sings to me every time, but never overpowers the beautiful orchestra of color, balance and texture. The cheery sunflowers smile at me and the delicate purple iris on the right gently waves hello. The purple tulips reassure me that spring is on the way, and the wispy flowers on top and the ferns on the bottom add such a touch of class to her beautiful hat! (notice the vase) Alana, you are indeed an artist and should know that the work you do brings joy to those who have the pleasure of being a recipient of your work. Several neighbors collectively purchased a floral arrangement last week for a mutual friend. The resulting bouquet was one of the most stunning flower arrangements I have ever seen. Color selection was absolutely gorgeous, with deep pink tipped roses, and all other flowers in complimentary shades and hues. It was as unique as it was beautiful. I ordered flowers for my Mom who was having a tough week. I placed the order on Saturday for a Monday delivery and accidentally put the wrong unit # for my Mom's condo. Alana called me immediately to let me know and worked behind the scenes to correct the address after already dropping off the flowers at the incorrect unit I gave her. She was so friendly and understanding of the situation and went above and beyond what I would have expected. My Mom ended up loving the flowers. Excellent floral shop. I placed order from CA for some hard to get greenery for a local event. When I went to Alana's shop the order was very fresh, bucketed, and ready to go.... and for a better price that quoted. Recently moved to Marlborough and today was the second time I've stopped at the Floral Gallery to get flowers for my fiancé. Both arrangements that I brought home were referred to as the most beautiful flowers she's ever seen. It's very clear that they take great pride in their work and the quality of the flowers also seemed to be incredible (the roses I bought last time lasted longer than any other flowers we'd bought form other places in the past). AVOID...I ordered flowers for my sister-in-laws funeral. No flowers arrived. The funeral director was told by "Alana" at The Floral Gallery that she was instructed to send them to the house which was a blatant lie. Then she told me it was a glitch in the website. I had the confirmation printed out which clearly stated the funeral home and it's address.(which I'm thankful for)...since I don't think she would have admitted fault at all. She did say she was sorry...for what that's worth.Regardless of the reason, my sister-in-law was buried without flowers, which is so sad and totally unacceptable. I have to wonder if there were other orders through this woman that never made it to the funeral. "Alana" did refund my money after I called and freaked out. If you have an important event such as a funeral or wedding, I would not recommend this place, there are several more reliable florists in the area. A funeral is bad enough, imagine no flowers at your wedding. Take your money and trust elsewhere. read more

What a wonderful florist! I went in yesterday at 4:10pm and needed something in a hurry (before 5pm). The wonderful staff there immediately consulted with me, discussed my needs/what I was looking for - showed me some beautiful examples, and got straight to work! The outcome was the most outstandingly fresh, beautiful and lively bouquet of flowers I think I've ever seen. I gave them a budget of what I wanted to spend and I was extremely pleased with what I got for my money. Extremely affordable. That being said, all of the flowers were of the highest quality - fresh, exotic, beautiful, the customer service was as good as it gets, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The best part? This is a family owned business and their love for their shop is exceedingly clear to those who come in.
