I explained the emotional tie to this ring and they were so understanding and treated it with extreme care. The workmanship was excellent, you can't even tell it was done. I had another very sentimental piece worked on by them. This was a diamond again of my mothers that was being remounted into a necklace for my sister. They worked with her schedule being as she lives out of town. The necklace is amazing and once again they understood the the circumstances and were so easy to work with. I was looking for somewhere to do a rush job on changing a watch battery (my usual place is open Wed-Sat, and I needed it to be done by Thurs. Should have looked sooner, huh?), and found Brian's, which happens to be in the same shopping center as my usual Kroger's! The battery was changed in 5 minutes, while my usual place would take 2 days! I was also interested in a pair of earrings in the display case that caught my eye, and he began listing all the details on the spot; talk about product knowledge! Overall, I was impressed at his professionalism, not pushing me to purchase the earrings, nor giving my grief for using a coupon for a watch battery. I would give negative stars if I could. Took my beautiful, high quality pearl bracelet which I bought in Qatar to be restrung and it was supposed to be ready in a week. Went back two weeks later, and was told that it wasn't ready. Went back a month later, and they said they still needed to go to Houston to get a different type of wire. Went back a few weeks later, and they said they'd lost the clasp on my original bracelet. When I finally picked it up, I realized the pearls are not my originals - they're not even the same color as the ones I took them. Not only that, but they did a shotty job stringing them and they're not fluid like they were before, but kind of stiff and crooked. Horribly disappointed. I want my pearls back! read more

best jewelry around. great service, very friendly and great prices. i take all my watches and jewelry here , battery are cheap and gold repairs same. i brought one of my rolex swiss made watch here ,it wasn't keeping time, they said it needed a cleaning inside "COA" (that what they call ,its were they take the watch apart and clean every part separately and oil it and adjust it back ) and its done in-house no shipping to switzerland , and they polished the outside of the watch, they made it look brand new, it looked like the first time i saw it at the rolex store. and they only charged me $350 plus 1 year warranty ,when i took it to another jewelry, they were gonna charge me $800 plus shipping and it was gonna take a month to i get it back. great place , i recommend it to anyone with jewelry or watch problems. read more
