We have used Brian's Mechanical for a few years. We paid for the yearly service. They would come out twice a year to check our furnace/AC unit. The service techs were always polite, knowledgeable and courteous. If there was an issue with our units, they would suggest a few options we could do and the prices were never outrageous. This past weekend, we had an issue. The outside temps reached 117F, and we woke up Sunday morning to a leak in my kitchen...the furnace is right above the kitchen area and it was pouring out of a pot light..what a mess...I got on the phone with Brian, and he gave me a few solutions and we made an appointment for them to come out..they couldn't come out on Sunday but we were scheduled for Monday! I spoke to him a few times Sunday, sending pictures and explaining what was going on and we followed his suggestions and within a couple hours, the leak stopped!! I am so thankful that I was able to cancel my Monday appointment. Everything was running perfectly...I am super happy with the service Brian gave me. He even called this morning to make sure we didn't need him..if I ever have any issues with my furnace/AC unit, I will be calling Brian's Mechanical for sure!!! read more

I'm upping this to four after John returned and patched up the handler. I appreciate the accountability. Temps have steadily dropped closer to the set temp. Tenants should not be made to feel like they shouldn't report issues like this. This is not Brian's Mechanical's problem entirely and a comm issue with the people that set up the call with them. I had set up a yearly tune up on the HVAC system. The window of time was between 10 am and 1 pm. I was still waiting at 1:30pm and had heard nothing. I understand that some jobs may end up being a bit more complicated than planned and may take a bit more time. I believe that in those situations a courtesy call should be warranted to inform the customer of the ETA. After I texted Brian he informed me that the technician was running late and apologized. I was disappointed because I was confident that this company would provide expert service and great customer service due to the reviews I read on yelp.
