If you value your sleep, peace, or basic decency, do yourself a favor and stay far away. I regret moving in and will do everything I can to leave early.

The apartment has a condominium-like touch with elegant molding throughout, in-unit washer & dryer and a walk-in closet in the primary bedroom. During my stay I bought an electric car, and there were always plentiful charging stations in the garage. The on-site managers are responsive, friendly and efficient. I've never lived in an apartment that provided weekly maintenance visits - but El Dorado does. I cannot recommend this building highly enough.

We lived…read morehere for four years and honestly.....the only thing that kept us here were the people who lived there. We had a 4.5 year old and a 3 month old with us. I mainly decided to leave a review since it's been a few months and I saw someone else comment on the annual rent increases which should be addressed. There are not tons of amenities, the gym has ZERO service, and parking on the street is scarce. I asked about wifi in the gym a few times but no one really did anything about it. The putting green was never really maintained nor used by residents. Calling the hot tub area being called a "spa" is a stretch. We lived right above the BBQ/hot tub and it was not used very often and people were respectful of quiet times. It is incredibly clean inside and your requests get handled promptly (shout out to every one on the team!). They are the best! We were quoted every year an increase of 8-10% and we never paid rent late, always were good tenants, etc. and tried to negotiate, but it never worked. The rent cafe/conservice water, sewer, trash seemed to increase the last few months but we knew were leaving so did not make a fuss...although it was pricey towards the end. It is close to everything and that was a huge plus. I would not recommend it, but I also would not not recommend it. If you don't have kids, then it's great! The zoned school (Colfax Charter) is supposed to be top notch, though.
