No employee deserves to be embarrassed or belittled while simply trying to do their job. Watching someone be reprimanded publicly created an uncomfortable atmosphere and reflected very poorly on the restaurant's leadership. Good managers address performance issues privately, with respect and professionalism--not by humiliating employees in front of guests. The server remained calm and continued providing excellent service despite the treatment, which made the manager's behavior even more disappointing. If this is how employees are treated on a regular basis, it's concerning. I hope ownership takes these concerns seriously and encourages a workplace culture built on respect, professionalism, and dignity for both employees and customers.

I love that "twilight" starts at 3pm on weekends - we play 18 holes for $20 plus the cart fees, best deal in town. Recently, they added a new driving range and putt putt center. The driving range is beautiful, has a huge chipping / bunker complex and putting green. Definitely a first-class set up. Playing golf at Jester is great, the greens are in good shape, the bunkers are nice for a public course and the layout is challenging. There are 18 holes plus a par-3 nine-hole course. Both courses have plenty of tee box varieties, the grey tees plays to a slope of about 120. The carts are modern and have GPS, there is a clubhouse with food and beverages - plus the beverage cart is well stocked. Jester is the perfect place for a casual round for those looking for a nice course layout and reasonable green fees. I have played here several years and the greens are normally in great shape.
