Cute little store of trinkets and odds and ends. Greeted by the workers which was nice. As far as pricing goes, they're what you expect from a boutique kind of store. Got some nifty things, great store for gifts too.

Awesome little shop with funny things. Would recommend stopping by if you're in Carytown. Also, I probably should mention this is not a family-friendly store (look at the pictures I posted) They even had a piano that customers can play. Cool store.

Came in with a friend who loves this shop and despite not having any intentions to walk out with anything I found their wallets calling my name. I spoke with the associate named Ruby and she was so kind and helpful! I left with a Secrid wallet for myself and enjoyed smelling all the delicious candles. The place is definitely not meant for cheap gifts, but it's cute.

Leah was really helpful, nice, kind and friendly. She remembered us every time we came back in with a warm hello and a smile on her face. In addition everything in this shop will make you smile and won't leave your wallet untouched. Every time you come back you'll find something new that you want and I promise you Leah will make you also leave with a smile. But also the rest of the staff is very kind and helpful. Also the birds are worth a visit as soon as they get their new cage.

Deff a fun little place to look around if you are around the area. Very unique and the lady working the front was helping multiple people while I was in there. They have some air plants as well.

New Discovery was a medicine for consumption (tuberculosis) a disease which at the time was killing millions of people. Many companies offered cures and remedies for consumption. However, all were frauds, including this, which was actually a concoction made from a morphine and chloroform mixture, calculated to strike terror to the doctors or to any other class or profession, except, perhaps, the undertakers. It is a pretty diabolical concoction to give to anyone, and particularly to a consumptive. The chloroform temporarily allays the cough, thereby checking Nature's effort to throw off the dead matter from the lungs. The opium drugs the patient into a deceived cheerfulness. Add a touch of alcohol (to further dull the sufferer's pain, and hey, it helped (until it didn't) The combination is admirably designed to shorten the life of any consumptive who takes it steadily. It was pretty cool and the owner/manager was a blast to chat with as well. Quite a few oddities "not for sale" and most likely not a store for everyone. Check it out if you dare. No charge for admission.
