When I did receive my order which was on Saturday, March 4th, everything was wrapped up perfectly in bubble wrap. Almost all of the cookies were in perfect condition but that's only because the mail lady had the box flipped on the side. I couldn't wait until desert time, so I opened a pack of 3 cookies that come pre-wrapped, and left no crumbs, they're THAT delicious. After eating a normal meal, I cracked open the Peach Cobbler that came in two large mason jars. It's honestly the greatest thing ever. About 6 months ago I was told that I need to be specific when ordering it and refer to it as the SIGNATURE s'mores because there are multiple beverages. Every 3 out of 5 times when I order the drink it has to be fixed and remade. This clearly at this point is not a me issue and a training issue. I understand stuff happens but when you are paying 9 dollars for one drink and then you get none of the toppings that are supposed to come on it, it's frustrating. I understand they were out of marshmallow fluff today, but we weren't even told that until they brought the drink to our car. I called the store to see if we could resolve the issue. The manager calls me back to tell me I need to now specifically not only tell them that it's the s'mores signature latte but how to make it with all the toppings.
