Lukewarm burger and cold fries. That's all. Go elsewhere.

Definitely not the friendliest place on earth but even worse, you get pre-cooked food from a warmer somewhere. No treatment to the buns and you may as well not ask for any extras because you don't get but you will get charged. Luckily I don't have to live here. It's 2018. Make the food fresh,GEEZ.

This little grill is very affordable, and being off the highway surrounded by plants is a great place to grab a quick breakfast sandwich or a breakfast plate, also it's great for lunch. There is no other restaurants around this area and this place is great when you don't have time to go to far for a meal. The service was fast, and polite.

Mile high bacon cheeseburger. No skimping here

Even tho we planned to arrive well before the band would start playing to have dinner, we were lucky to find a parking place, let alone a table. The interior inside is really lovely. The staff is terrific and the food was very good. I had the pastrami Ruben with the tomato & cucumber salad. Both were very tasty. My spouse had a BLT and a salad which she enjoyed. For dessert we shared the butter toffee bundt cake that has a caramel glaze and is topped with a small scoop of local ice cream. It was absolutely incredible!! We wanted to order another, it was so good! If we're in the area sometime I'd like to stop in for lunch and that mouth watering bundt cake. I would hesitate to come back in the evening, only because as the night went on there were some patrons so drunk that the atmosphere started feeling really amped up in a concerning way, like a fight was about to break out at any moment. It's not a big place inside so it could quickly get out of hand. I can say when something like that happens anywhere, it's not a situation to find yourself in as an innocent bystander. Had it not been for that element it would have been a really enjoyable night out, but alcohol and aholes don't mix well together. I'm still going to rate it high for the delicious food, friendly and attentive service, the beautiful interior, and the great music.

Nestled on a street corner in the historic Pittsboro sits an institution better know as Al's Diner…read more I knew as soon as I walked in and saw the advertisements on the coffee cups and the vinyl booths that this place was going to be good. I was right. Now be prepared, because the diner isn't too big, so you might have to wait on a table. And there's going to be kids inside these small walls, so it's a bit noisy at times. But it's a melting pot of all of Pittsboro - people just waking up and bringing their kids for delicious pancakes, empty nesters enjoying a breakfast out, elderly gentlemen who bring the paper to read while they eat, and extended families gathering to celebrate the weekend. It's a mix of booths and tables, so they can accommodate large groups or just one person at a table for two. The bathrooms are on the far wall of the seating area. Parking is tricky because they're busy on the weekends, so if you don't find a spot, go down to the farm store and then circle back once you're done - you'll find a spot. My group got two pancakes with chocolate chips. Only one little finished their single pancake and the other little could only eat half of theirs. I got the sausage gravy biscuits, and their sausage gravy does have bits of sausage in it which is delightful. We also got the Carolina omelette, but added jalapeños and that was just the kick it needed. The coffee was strong and the wait staff kept our cups full. If you're in the Pittsboro area looking for breakfast, stop in. Parking can be tricky because everyone else comes in too, and it is a bit loud at times, but it's worth the wait for a piece of history and a good meal.

We tried 8 different ones, and all were excellent! The pesto and salami one was my favorite. The inside of the restaurant is pretty dimly lit, but we didn't mind and it helped create a cozy atmosphere. The outdoor patio looked nice and could be a good option for daytime. Our waitress was very attentive and let us know about the seasonal specials. They have a board and wine deal on weekday nights that we're looking to try next. Would definitely recommend for a fun night out in the Village District with friends or a date!

I have been to Postino many times before, but this was my first time at the Raleigh location. While it's been 4 years since I've had Postino and the menu has changed a little, the bruschetta board is still a permanent fixture. We ordered a bruschetta board for an appetizer and I ordered the half panini & half salad for my entree. The bruschetta board is a must order because you can get 4 different kinds. The top tier choice is the salami pesto one. It's my absolute favorite. For my panini, I got the caprese one on ciabatta bread and the half of the mixed greens salad. The salad was delicious. This was a ton of food and felt very satisfying. I always love the vibe of Postino's, but this location was way too dark with only a small candle at the table. Service started off good and we were able to order our food without a problem. However, our server was done with his shift right after we ordered so we got a new server. Our new server had no idea we already ordered and was a little behind coming to our table for water refills. Despite that, we were in and out of the restaurant within 45 minutes. Postino is surrounded by other shops and restaurants, so they had a ton of parking available outside the restaurant. Highly recommend this place if you want good food!
