This requires multiple businesses however the last was a $200 hair smoothing, so I called and set up the appointment as well as paid for it a week in advance. I was told about the treatment that my wife has been wanting done for years, I don't know the name of the employee from the business I spoke to when I set up the appointment however, she told me the do offer the hair smoothing keratin treatment for $200 and it will last for 8 months! What it is, is a 2-4 hour treatment and when everything is done my wife would not have to use a hair iron again for 8 months because the chemicals they put in her hair and scalp, keeps the hair straight and if it got messed up a little like out of the shower for example, all she would have to do is run a brush through it and it would fall back into place as if she just used a hair iron. So the day of the appointment after the treatment she was told by the woman that did it the total was $235 and it was going to last her for FOUR MONTHS!! Not the 8 I was told, after telling me this I was a little upset because I thought 8 months for $200 is fair, instead they lied to me and the price was the same but the time it lasted was cut in half! I called them and the receptionist had the manager call me. When she did my wife was beside me so she can confirm I was not yelling, cussing or angry with this manager at all. All I expected was either a half off coupon for next time or for 50% of my money back, I thought that was fair since I was lied to and the treatment would only last her for half the time that I was told! She was extremely rude to me and said none of HER employees would have ever said anything like that because that's not true and proceeded to call me a liar and said "I don't know where you read that at on the internet but that's not the way this works!" So I asked again for a coupon or half off and was hung up on! They will not answer now Like I explained to the manager before she hung up on me and will not answer to me again, I told her it was one of her employees that was mistaken in telling me this because I would have never paid $200 for just 4 months! 8 months would've been worth the price, I was also told it was a 4 hour treatment and my wife said that they rushed her through! When I asked her if I could get half of my money back on my card or a substantial coupon for her next treatment She hung up and won't answer ZERO STARS I will update on here if I can ever get ahold of the manager again and maybe rectify the situation. I got there at 5 and was done by 5:30. Rachel did an awesome job, restoring my hair back to healthy and she was fast and efficient (and not to mention very sweet and friendly!) and I will definitely be going back!

Disgusting and unsanitary…read more I went in for a brazilian wax. No evidence that staff member washed hands before or after removing hair from my privates ; she handled money before and after my appointment. No sink or hand sanitizer in the room where the service is performed. Service was performed in a dirty room of an old house. Wax all over the table and floor. No evidence that the room was sterilized. Dirty fleece blanket covered the table and no sanitary covers were provided for the table. I laid the small hand towel I was provided on the table so I could sit on it rather than have my private parts on the dirty blanket. Spent almost an hour cleaning dried wax off when I got home. It was painful and the worst waxing experience I've ever had. Will never return to this place for any reason.

You want the table a little warmer/ cooler? Got it. Want to lighten the pressure in certain areas? Sure, no problem! Curious about how 'x' pain connects to 'y' limb? You'll get an accurate, thoughtful response. Lights lower, music softer? She's on it. No stress added that I arrived a couple minutes late. She apparently had time, so she tacked those couple minutes on to the end and I got as many minutes as I actually paid for - that's always super appreciated! It would be nice if the room was a little more soundproofed or located further back in the building away from the road; I could hear lunch hour traffic rushing by on the street about 20 yd away. But other than that, this was a great massage, and I've had plenty over the decades. A lot of therapists these days slop through the motions, but Karen really has a pinpoint, accurate understanding of the human body and I give her full props for 90 minutes of targeted, firm pressure body work. Me having slightly arthritic hands, I greatly appreciate her stamina! I left the appointment, amazed with an amount of flexibility in my neck and shoulders I haven't felt in probably 10 years. My 82 yo mom loves it here, too. There's a plethora of skilled service providers and lots of face, body, general wellness treatments to choose from.
