This was a very well prepared smash burger, pressed thin with a good crust developed. It comes on a toasted bun with pickles, sautéed onions, American cheese and their special smash sauce. I ordered the candied jalapeños as well for an upcharge of $1. The jalapeños made the burger amazing! The fries appeared handcut and prepared well with good seasoning. They also have a good selection of beer and other alcoholic beverages, but a beer is a must with a smash burger. I had an excellent dark ale on draft with my burger. The shrimp and bell peppers were coated with a light breading and served with two dipping sauces. All our entrees were amazing and delicious, but I'll focus on my entree and my wife's entree. I ordered the Calabrian Steak and Shrimp Bucatini. This was prepared well and seasoned perfectly with a little spicy heat. You can order the steak medallions to your desired doneness, which is medium rare for me. I had one of their Italian Margaritas, which is served in a wide rimmed glass dipped in flavored sugar and comes with a shot of Amaretto. I've had these at various Olive Gardens for years, and this location makes them very well. Of course, we all had the Olive Garden salad and bread sticks, which are always good. For my wife's entree, she had the Grilled Salmon with Garlic Parmesan Buttered Broccoli. My wife, unfortunately, has bad food allergies and must be careful of dairy products, such as cheese and cream. We mentioned this to our server, who immediately stated that he would need to have the manager come out help with her order. The manager promptly arrived and discussed the preparation of her entree and went to notify the chef. Her order arrived just as she needed, but it was still delicious and well prepared. The chef eventually came out as well to make sure her entree was prepared to her liking. One more thing, our server took note of the occasion and offered my grandson his choice of free dessert, which my grandson definitely accepted! High marks! We once again had an excellent experience at this Cabot Olive Garden, and I really don't understand why they have 2.5 stars for the reviews. This is a great restaurant, and I highly recommend it!

Been here probably 7-8 times in the last year, twice as a party of 6 or more. Both times the production squad just couldn't get the food to us in an acceptable time (45 minutes or more). Food was good though. My wife LOVES the chicken sandwich with ranch. There's a young lady here that wears a trainer shirt that has taken care of us both times when there's a problem. 100% they were not her fault but she's unreasonably passive aggressive. Kudos to her for the hustle she brings to the job (because she is always busy/working and she is always there) but my wife avoids picking up our Togo orders now in case something gets messed up and she has to inform her. One more thing for whoever controls the menu: I got the chicken spaghetti to go one time. It was ok hot. I tried it again cold the next day and it was AMAZING. I was blown away that it was better cold but it was delicious and spicy! read more
