They were actually HALF the cost of the dealer price. I had the appointment made with the dealer already but when I found Vu's on Yelp and called and got an estimated from Vu's (after taking it to them in person) I immediately called the dealer back and canceled!!! So glad I found Vu's Automotive! I will definitely be using them in the future for my wife's Beetle! Vu's specializes in these types of cars (foreign) and he was very knowledgeable about them! This was not happening for me, so I knew it was the fuel pump. After two hours the two truck came to my rescue in the cold and darkness. I brought the car to my home. Then on Monday, I called John's and asked if they could fix my car. I had several friends recommend them. I am so happy that I went there. They have a new customer for life! Pros: Very fair prices on parts and R&R. Nice and trustworthy Owners and Mechanics. Cons:very limited parking space. I let them know when the tow truck was in the way. The second time was the last straw. My vehicle still wasn't fixed and the 3 employees he has working for him were all in the office smoking weed while I was paying.
