They were supposedly reordered the day of installation, June, and its 4 months later and we STILL do not have them. We are constantly calling and getting one excuse after another from the owner. I put it back together, but the water would no longer turn off so we had to keep the water to the entire house turned off. I called Ray's and they were not able to come out that night. The next day they were there within an hour of calling them. An hour later they had it fixed completely. The competition came out the night before and talked about putting valves in the basement, tearing out a bedroom wall to get to the back of the plumbing, and cutting through the shower wall! I knew this was not required because Ray's had switched out the other cartridge just a few months prior to this incident. The competition told me the cartridge was stuck and he may not be able to get a part since it was 8 p.m. He looked up the part and said it would be about $500 for the part and around the same for labor. I told him I'd call another plumber and deal with the mess in the morning. The competition charged me $189 to do nothing. Ray's charged me a total of $200 for parts and labor. I will never attempt plumbing DIY again and I will never use another plumbing service!

He worked hard to get our obvious hail damage claim approved even after our insurance tried to fight us on it. He was very responsive and reliable when it came to questions. When he did our roof we received two plywood panels that the company used to keep our garage from getting messed up during the tear down. The wood panels were then placed on our roof where the plywood was not doing as well as the other pieces. Corey's team started at around 7AM and they were done by 4PM even with doing the house across the street. We have a large roof and it's obvious the Central Roofing employees move much faster than others. With that being said, our home then received energy efficiency treatment from Ameren that fall and the Ameren employee was a former roofer. The Ameren employee commented on how good of a job Corey's employees did on the roof. I highly recommend this company for roof repairs.
