They were extremely polite and were willing to drop me back off at my house while they looked at the car. They took a look at it and within 30 minutes called with a quote on the price and estimate of how long it would take to fix. The price they quoted me was extremely fair for the problem and was actually on the cheaper end of what it could cost. The car is an old car, and has other issues as well, so I decided it was time to junk it. When I went to pick it up they did not charge me at all for taking a look and determining what was wrong with it. I will plan on going back to A&A for all my future car needs.

I waited for a call but never got one so I rode my bike to work at night in the snow. After graveyard shift I rode by bowens and didn't see my car in the parking lot. I looking in the garage and didn't see it in there either. I had an apple air tag in the car and tracked it. I know apple air tags are very accurate to the foot. I was standing in the parking lot and my phone said my car was right where I was standing but it wasn't. I called them when they opened on Saturday and they said they couldn't reach me because they didn't have my phone number! Even though I had recently talk to them on the phone. When I went to pick it up, my car had an extra 39 miles on the odometer. I know for a fact that it doesn't take 39 miles to road test the alignment. I'm thinking someone took my car home for the night or something. Am I over reacting? Is there a more reasonable explanation?

Being a woman I dread going to auto shops fearing I may get swindled. But this place was nothing but transparent and honest from the start.
