Poor Communication and Wasted Time…read more Before driving to the dealership, I called and provided my price range ($39,000 OTD), specifically asking if this was too far off to avoid wasting the trip. I was told they could "negotiate in person" and to come in. The appointment setter sent the wrong address to their sister location. Upon arrival, the truck wasn't ready for viewing. After the test drive, I offered $39,600 out-the-door--higher than my initial phone range. The sales team disappeared for 10-20 minutes, then returned saying they "couldn't make any money" on the deal. No counteroffer was provided despite the truck sitting on their lot for over six months. The next morning (December 30th), I received a text asking if I could go higher. I reiterated my offer and stated I could finalize same-day. Despite year-end timing and their extended inventory aging, I never received a response. They also lowered their online price the Dec. 30th after claiming "They were making no money" Issues: * Encouraged me to drive in despite knowing my budget was likely too low * Vehicle wasn't prepared when I arrived * Refused to provide any counteroffer or specific number * Followed up the next day but then ghosted completely * Six months on lot suggests overpricing or underlying issues If you can't work within a buyer's stated budget, be honest upfront and save everyone's time.

He claimed that my car was dirtier than the average car, but I had vacuumed it myself a few days before the job and had had the exterior cleaned at a Mitsubishi dealership 4 weeks prior. My car was definitely not dirtier than the average car. He also claimed there was a vomit substance on the floor which was a covid-19 biohazard that "put [his] life on the line," which on one hand was a bit theatrical, and on the other hand was not true since no one had thrown up in my car. The price that was agreed on was $149.99 as base price but I was charged 176.00 base price. Then he added further up-charges of 48$ for additional cleaning. Nevertheless, Travis didn't mention a word about this and sent out the invoice without informing me about any of the surcharges. In my opinion, Travis was not transparent and his game is to nickel and dime you to add up-charges to the price listed on the website. Even if your car is relatively clean, Travis will make sure to find something to bring up the cost, which in my case was a 90% increase versus the quoted price. The service was okay, but the fact there was no transparency, his unspoken up-charges, as well as the fact that he avoided talking with me after the fact (he left my keys under a stone) have all led me to give him a failing grade on this review.

We also use our own vacuum, a Dyson animal vacuum for personal preference. I went back and forth with the company for 1-2 hours asking them politely to use our product before being told that they can only use their own with essential oils and then being told that Clorox is damaging to the environment and to their workers which we did not suggest. If you would like to use their mixture of essential oils and trust that it will not trigger allergies or reactions then this service may be one to go with. If you want a straightforward clean and want to avoid an argument when you request use of your own products, then avoid this company. Super stressful experience.
