We will NEVER go back to Tire Pros and we feel totally LIED to in order to make another unneeded sale. We stopped in to switch the 6 month old tires from the front to the rear and to get 2 new tires for the front. Service staff "refused to use the front tires at all because they were too badly worn" so we were faced with buying 4 tires. Because the front tires were only 6 months old we held off on the appointment and drove back to Firestone figuring they must have a warranty for those "bad" 6 month old tires. Firestone examined them and said there was NOTHING wrong with the front tires! We only needed the 2 back tires replaced that were few years older. How many other unnecessary "repairs" do they scam people with?! We have lost all trust in dealing with Tire Pros service personnel. read more

No ownership and accountability! Poor customer relations! Had to rate one star because I couldn't post without a rating. Would've given zero stars otherwise. I had such a terrible experience at this place! Never again will I go to this location and neither will I recommend it to anyone I know! Please do not go if you value the safety of your family and vehicle. Towards the end of October I received a flyer in the mail for an oil change which included free tire rotation. I brought that in and explained this was what I wanted done that day. I was later informed that my car needed new air filter and then again informed a couple minutes after that one side of my windshield spritzer wasn't working and parts and labor would cost about $150! (They were both working the day before!) I called my husband to inform him and ask what he thought about having my windshield spritzer replaced and he said to wait. I gave them a go ahead on replacing the air filter. When paying later I was informed of my total and it doubled what I had initially came in for, when I asked why the guy informed me that the tire rotation wasn't included and that it was only included as part of a membership or premium package purchase. Then preceded to upsell me on a membership or premium package. I said no, disputed that the flyer shows it on there but he kept saying it wasn't included. So I paid for my DOUBLED UP bill and left extremely upset and called my husband to let him know of this terrible experience. A couple weeks later my car started making squeaking noises and was shaking when I drove it but I couldn't figure out what was wrong so we waited a couple more weeks until our planned trip to the family cabin to have the family guys look at the car and see what they thought was wrong with it. Well, needless to say, when the time came we packed up in my car with the kids and on our way the car shook so bad we had to pull over to see what was going on and walked around the car and finally found that one tire was about to completely come off the car! Only two lugnuts were holding the wheel onto the car! Missing lugnuts, broken studs, wheel/rim needed replacing. Had it came off, me and my family could've died or ended up in the hospital! My husband was livid! We had the car towed all the way from the cabin back home to the shop and called them to take ownership of their poor workmanship and they denied any responsibility! We even asked for them to work with us on cost of repairs and I was told one cost (higher) and my husband was quoted another (lower). My husband called and stated that they were taking advance of me as a female as we were both getting different quotes when we had called to get information on cost. Not much of anything was done to own up to this! Several calls were made to speak with employees, managers and the owners and still we continued to get different quotes and hardly any room to work with us in this and still stating they weren't at fault. This ordeal has costed me and my family over $850 in towing and repairs!! All because this shop did a poor job doing a simple tire rotation! Update: Shortly after this post my husband was contacted back by a manager and was informed that because of this poor review they would not be willing to work with us on any costs. Let's just say he gave them a piece of his mind as they had not done much about working with us on cost anyways. Disclaimer: This review does not in any way infer that the employees are terrible as I know they are doing their job and can only do what they are told. But more on the fact that the owner did not acknowledge any accountability for a poor service that was done at their location which could have resulted in a larger catastrophe had we not been so lucky. New update: January 2018 A month after the above ordeal, we checked into my windshield spritzer issue and turns out the hose was pulled off that's why my spritzer wasn't working! Therefore, because I was a female who didn't know much about cars they thought they could cheat me and tell me my car had issues and try to charge me for something that wasn't even broken! I was told at the time that the replacement and repairs would cost me over $100 to repair the windshield spritzer! Went here today due to them being one of the few places local that seemed to know what I was in need of with a recently lifted vehicle, and in need of an alignment. Was nice that the alignment rate was a flat rate, some places I called wanted more due to the vehicle being lifted. The shop was clean and had a decent, and not over crowded and crammed together waiting area. Nice big screen with remote on the table so you can watch TV while you wait. Staff was very friendly, and seemed pretty knowledgeable of what they were selling. My one gripe was that I had an appointment set up, but my vehicle wasn't brought back until about 40 minutes until after my appointment time. They did explaine to me that there was another vehicle that was on the lift they needed that was taking a bit longer than anticipated, but I was ready to get home and go to bed. On the plus side, they were dog friendly. I had my pup with me due to being gone most the day, and it didn't bother them at all and stated he was more than welcome in the waiting area with me. I informed them that he was potty trained and their reply was "We had one earlier that wasn't, and that's still no big deal." Overall, experiance was good. I would definately make an appointment though if you have to go in, most of the wait times I was hearing was about 2 hour for walk-in's. Sound's like they do pretty much all automotive work. They also have a pretty good deal on oil change's if you buy 4 in advance, comes out to a little less than $19 bucks each. I do most of my own automotive work, but if I needed something done, I wouldn't hesitate to bring it in to this place. read more

I was charged $1000 and the suv didn't run well! I lose one off the bolts of the front calipers when I was driving on the freeway and start to doing a lot of noise and scratched the brake disc! I came back the next day, they fixed, but the keep it until noon. I came back to pick up it at my lunch time but when I was leaving the parking lot did a noise again! They check it again and found that one of the parts that they replace was defective and they need to replace it, so they will get the new part next day so I bring my suv back next day, they replaced and now it's working good, but the SUV was 3 days at the shop! read more

Went to get a alignment done on a truck we had just lifted. They didn't know how to properly adjust the track bar, didn't even touch the adjustments in the radius arms. Overall all they did was adjust the steering wheel straight, that's all they did and still charged me 145$ for a while alignment. The manager didn't know anything about a lifted super duty suspension. And ended up taking it home it centering the axle and fixing the steering better than they were able to get it. I would never recommend this company to any looking for any kind of wheel alignment. read more

I had a seasonal tire switch done. While there they also inspected my car. They told me my rear brakes were in need of replacement. I was told one pad was close to being "metal on metal" They also said my brake fluid should be replaced at the same time. I then brought the car to a brand specific car repair shop where they told me I had 10,000 miles left on my pads! I have never had brake fluid replaced as part of a brake pad replacement. read more

Bought two brand new tires from here less than a year ago. I totally forgot about that when I took my car in to another shop in town to have a flat tire fixed. The shop advised that the tire needed to be replaced so asked if it was under warranty which reminded me of the new tire purchase. I called Tire Pros and was told to call another number for warranty info. Upon the suggestion of the shop I was at, I called back and took it to Tire Pros. Spent 45 minutes only to have them tell me it was not covered in my warranty because I had driven it more than a 1/2 block. What?? How did they think I was going to get there when I called them?? Customer service is horrible....all about the money. Not my first bad experience with them but definitely my last. Original shop was still able to get me in and replace it with 1 hour. Made an appointment to get four new tires-asked for any deals and was sold "purecontact" tires for $106/ea. I added a $25.99 oil change. When I arrived at Hudson Tire Pros, I was told my estimate was $649.00....huh? I asked why they did not mention the pretty steep additional fees when I called and the employee (Josh?) said his manager did not want them mentioned until they were face to face...not surprising. All this could have been ok but The male customer next to me was quoted $206 for two $103 tires installed -huh ?? Most of the staff were polite, the tires are probably fine, please watch for the automatic extras -they add strongly suggest you not send your mother or grandmother here. read more

Long story short I took my Chevy Avalanche in to have the rear breaks checked, the alternator replaced, and a squeek checked. They upsold me to doing lower ball joints, and an idler arm which I found out have both been replaced last year and where never mentioned as an issue when I've come in for service before. After spending $2,200 there the squeek was still loud as ever and bringing it back the window regulator broke when the tech was driving my vehicle. I was charged double what you could get the part for at say Napa or AutoZone. The next day after picking up the truck the noise was back and I thought I better give them one more shot. From Monday to Friday they had my vehicle on and off and still couldn't fix the problem. In an hour at another shop the problem was fixed for under $50 "U-joints". I desided to seek the opinion of other mechanics and they believe I have been incorrectly informed and that in fact me lower ball joints and idler are in fact in fine serviceable condition. After over $2,500 and a week on and off of being displaced Tire Pros isn't even willing to make a reasonable compromise on their mistake/misdeed. Andy Fischer wanted to put the lower ball joints back in my truck to see if in fact they are good or bad, but they can't even be clipped back in because his tech beat them out and broke them. On top of all this they left oil/grease on my vehicle, goudged my paint durring removal of my door panel, and cracked my key fob. NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO TIRE PROS. This was not a fluke. read more
