Amazing store full of Legos. Coming here brought back so many memories. Huge range of small to large sets and even more rare ones. Cost is definitely competitive but if it's what you're looking for then definitely consider getting it as there stock changes all the time. read more

Today was the first time i went in here and i was not welcomed in at all. I asked about trading in stuff and ryan basically was yelling at me the whole time and tried scamming me by saying he would buy some sets as "bulk" because it wasnt worth it. He also yells at his staff too and i definitely wont come back lol edit: in response to the owners response (on google reviews): 1) the set had two pieces that fell off during transit that took a few seconds to fix. it was far from "incomplete" 2) i clearly mentioned how luke is my preferred name but you continue to call me timothy despite that. 3) You haven't addressed why you yelled at me and were acting aggressive the whole time towards me and your staff. 4) When asking about whats the best price you could do you condescendingly yelled "how much do you want" "how much do you want" i wasnt even looking for a lot and sold you the NYC skyline set for $5. I just needed ro get rid of some stuff i had to make space at home. 5) is the last part some sort of threat? Blacklisting people who give fair criticism to your store? and not to mention using the personal information you got from my trade in to share where i used to live in your response? My son is a huge lego fan, we went in to see what he could get for some small sets and pieces in bulk, after walking around the clean and awesome store, we were met with kind service and made some store credit. 10/10 would recommend! read more

Their minifigure selection is very mediocre. You go to a bricks and minifigs and expect to have cool retired/old sets and all this has is overpriced modern sets. This doesn't even include the rude employee that took a minifigure out of the case as I mentioned I was gonna buy it. Saying, "I meant to take that out earlier" also saying that he was gonna take it for himself. Store was very crowded and unenjoyable. Won't be going back. read more

The selection was half baked for one thing, much less the service was not great. I know the point was to undersell me for my stuff but it's not a great thing to do when I use the same website as them to value my items. For a lot that can go for about 190 dollars estimated, they offered 70. I was disappointed they were no better than the other location. If you have a set, people are interested to buy it no matter if it's just a build or some minifigs. It's terrible service to undersell by more than 50%. I'm not going to listen to what you said when I already sold one set for 40. Half of what they wanted to give me and I still made a better sale than what they could give me. My advice would be to sell it on eBay or something, they don't know how to do business with such rude attitudes. Do not let them lull you in with how "we're nicer than the other place" when atleast the other location didn't make me waste time or a whole drive for disappointment. Seriously, a nearly complete set and you want to give me nothing for it, terrible and unnecessary waste. Give the store to someone who knows what they're doing, definitely never coming back and don't try to trick someone out of their money. read more

We just had our daughter's 7th birthday party here and it was amazing! We had a huge party room to ourselves, very clean and spacious. 2 party guests (one in training) who lavished attention on each of our young guests. The lego activities were so fun, even the adults got into it! We booked a 90 min party but were assured going 30 min over was not a big deal. Every employee was upbeat, helpful, knowledgeable. If you're looking for a unique place to visit and a guaranteed good party time, check this place out!!! read more

It's worth it to drive a little farther to the other Bricks & Mini Figs in the area where they actually value you as a customer. I have been here a couple of times and they are never that friendly but the last time was the worst. I have waited over a week to post this and I wasn't even going to bother but I just still am so frustrated by it. The young man was in *literally* the middle of helping me pick out random food legos one by one. The owner is standing behind the counter sorting legos. There is a woman who is dusting the legos on the shelves behind the counters. The phone rings and the owner asks the young man to answer it. He does. He precedes to be on the phone answers questions for over 7 minutes. The owner and the woman will NOT make eye contact with me and continue to help me. I guess dusting and sorting legos is more important than a paying customer. I'm with my 5 year old son who is doing his best but is ready to go by now. It's absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable. I am a paying customer and they literally could not have cared less. I finally grab my son and leave flustered. As I'm buckling my son in the woman comes out and is acting absolutely STUNNED and SHOCKED saying "Oh so sorry we had NO idea you were still shopping! Oh what else did you need!?" as if you didn't make the young man who was in the middle of helping me answer the phone. I still am so annoyed at the lack of care to the customers in the shop. Why would we EVERRRRR go back there!? I will HAPPILY drive to Jim's Bricks & Mini Figs in Wheaton. He would NEVER EVER BE SO RUDE to any of his customers!!! read more

We just had my daughter's 10th birthday party today at Brick's and Minifigs, Crest Hill. I was great! The party room is large and clean. The staff is so nice. Owen lead our party and he was great! Really good at leading the kids through activities and kept the pace going. He also did all the clean up. The kids had a great time. I would definitely recommend this spot for a party! It's also just nice to stop in and admire the builds or build a minifig. Such a fun store! read more

I went here with a build list, and employee David spent over an hour helping me sort through pieces in an attempt to get the list at least partially completed. He was extremely nice and helpful, and at no point was I made to feel dumb (despite being a newbie to Legos), as often happens with shops where the employees are enthusiastic about their hobby. I really appreciated his conscientiousness and respect, and it is clear that he is passionate about his job. Highly recommend this location! read more
