After meeting with Sarah we were hooked. The rooftop offers a beautiful city vibes area with lights, second floor is surrounded with windows to see the gardens area and the beautiful tree and the 1st floor gives you that industrial vibe. This venue was more than we could have ever imagined. Both the bride and groom suite was so well decorated and designed ; we had so much fun getting ready with our friends in there. All of the venues owners are absolutely amazing and answered all of my annoying questions lol. I am a florist/ wedding decorator myself and this place was so easy to add to and enhance the space. I would 1000% recommend booking Bowery for your wedding/ event. I need to have another event soon so I can come back Thank you guys X100 for everything Thea + Andy

First Level: Ceremony Space!!! This is a lovely space. If you are sitting in the back, it may be a bit hard to see and hear. But I think if you bring in your own DJ, the sound may be your responsibility?? The Rustic look of the ceremony space is beautiful and did I mention that it is covered. It technically indoor/ outdoor. Half of the first floor is walled off and the other half allows for a nice breeze to flow. Not to mention that they have a large fan under the pavillion. Second Level: The reception! Parrrrrtay anyone!!! This level is accessible via the elevator or the stairs. This room is large enough to fit circle, square, and oblong shaped tables. It is also large enough to fit the dinner buffet in it as well and a bar area. The restrooms on this floor is limited, but no worries, if they are occupied, you can easily go to another floor! Third Level: Rooftop... Woooohoooo!!! This rooftop is beautiful and spacious. This is accessible via elevator and via stairs. The set up included cocktail tables and minimal seating. Also, there are a few outdoor/patio umbrellas, but when the sun is out, man this place is hot!!! So, just be ware. If you have a summer time event, please wait until the sun goes down or provide plenty of coverage. There is also a bar set up on this level. In essence, this is a nice venue for a wedding or a swanky party. It looks like they give their hosts flexibility with decor, food, and DJ. The best part of it all is that it is a stand alone and has its own parking.

I planned a very small wedding reception for approximately 50 close family and friends. The space…read morewas good and the staff were nice upfront. After the event finished I opened up my cards from my card box. I knew I was missing one card given to me by my best friend because I put it in the box myself. I then asked my other guests if they had given us cards. I was so embarrassed to do that. It turns out I was missing 3 more. I asked the owner if I could review footage from their cameras and she became extremely defensive and mean. She said her staff would never steal. I never mentioned the staff stealing. Then she stated that they have cameras but they don't work. I became suspicious and asked my guests if they saw anything. A few guests said they saw the police officer looking through our gifts but weren't suspicious because he was an officer. We had to pay for this officer who was not zoned to Katy but apparently is the owners friend. After calling Katy police they told us to check their dumpsters because if they had done it we would probably find evidence. Sure enough, we found all our cards torn and tucked inside another trash bag inside their restroom bag. When we presented the cards to the owners they became furious and decided not to do the right thing. Instead they accused us of tearing up our own wedding cards. We simply wanted an apology and them acknowledge the fact that it was possible their staff might've done it. Although it's a nice small space, be careful with your gifts. I have a feeling that has happened before. I would've never asked my guests if they gave me a gift if it wouldn't have been because of that one card I knew I had put in the box myself. I can only imagine all the happy guests that don't notice gifts missing. I was not going to review but I want others to be vigilant. It was a horrible experience to go through on my wedding day.

My 8-year-old daughter and I went in. the waiting room alone was definitely something to see. even though the tickets were slightly expensive at the time they have gone down since then by half. we started to walk through the exhibit I was floored. the amount of time effort and energy and creativity the people that put this together did in this space is far from just saying its amazing! ITS FREAKING PHENOMENAL! Each exhibit is well thought out and they are all awesome photo ops. We had a blast! A year later I took my 17-year-old son. The price went down but also some of the exhibits were gone. I was informed that they were building something else in place of, but was disappointed because a couple of my favorite exhibits were now missing. the rain room was awesome, but it's gone now. I think they should bring it back because walking through a rainstorm and not getting a single drop of rain on you is mind blowing. The fact that I can bring both of my children with huge age gaps and interests and both of them found this place to be interesting, fun and unforgettable is really all that has to be said.

It took my friends and I approx. 45 mins., at most to walk through the entire place. And that's with us thoroughly exploring every nook and cranny. Kids will definitely have a blast here and will most likely spend more time playing with all the sensory effects but for my friends and I, we will most likely not visit again. By the time we got there, the staff already seemed overwhelmed by the number of guests. When we checked in, the host noted that our entire party had arrived even though two members of our group were still missing. This later created unnecessary confusion and delays. Organization and communication appear to be major challenges at this location. Initially, my boyfriend and I were told to go ahead and sit down, but we were not given wristbands or any clear direction as to where our table was located. We were confused as to why we had not received wristbands like other guests. Later in the evening, we were asked to return to the front to obtain wristbands, which is when we discovered the host had incorrectly marked our party as complete. It seemed likely that the staff member was overwhelmed and did not fully process what we had explained at check-in. Another ongoing issue is the apparent overselling of tables without adequate space to accommodate them. The layout was so crowded that even the bartenders had difficulty moving between tables. At times, guests were asked to pass buckets and drinks down the line because staff could not easily access certain tables. The people in the VIP area were all complaining about how close the tablets were to each other. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. The artists were great but we felt very uncomfortable seating there the entire time we were there.
