I've never seen this kind of seller that is acting so rude and threatening. He literally thought that all his behaviors were normal, but clearly not. I have seen similar comments here. If you guys want to understand what type of mindset he has, please go ahead and read his responses to the customers who left 1 star. He does not even hesitate to call customers as liars. Normal seller who does want to provide good customer service would do otherwise. Anyway, I dont care. I won't be stopping by anyhow. But you guys be careful. Even though you keep yourself calm, he wouldn't hesitate to tread on you. I purchased a pair of soccer cleats that were what I considered very expensive - $250. The owner there or the guy who runs the place gave me a discount on the shoes and told me, as I was hesitant to get them, that if anything went wrong with them that I could return them to the shop for a refund. There was no mention of anything else. My son used the cleats for less than a month and they began to separate from the sole/hard plastic of the shoe on the bottom. So I figured, for one of the extremely rare times in my life, I would return these and get the refund as they were terrible. I in no way assumed he was responsible for them falling apart, he's not making them, it's not a huge deal. I figured he would take them and tell Adidas about it and get a refund on his end and maybe a bonus for providing feedback to develop a better shoe. That didn't happen As soon as I walked in, it was hi, how are you, the world is a beautiful place. Then I pulled up the shoes that were falling apart and said I wanted a refund. He said no immediately, and then said I didn't bring the box he sold them in, which was true as I never keep the shoe boxes. I told him I didn't have the receipt but I had the card number and he could simply look it up. I figured this wasn't a big deal. No, you have to take it up with Adidas directly. I don't get involved. He also said I was outside the 45 day window, which I was not. Odd how he knew that before he ever looked up anything on his computer about my purchase! So, rather than argue about it, I immediately turned around and walked out. I would go through the credit card and keep it business like. I threw no fit. There was no incident. I simply submitted a request through the CC later that day. What made me write this response was reading HIS response to the CC. He said I lied and purchased a uniform and several other things. He said I tried to get a refund for those things as well, which I never asked for. No price or money was ever mentioned at all, just that he would not do the refund and I had to go to Adidas directly. He then wrote to the CC company that we got in a hostile argument and that he had to escort me out of the store. That never happened, as there was no discussion. He then said that I called the police. There is no phone record of that call ever being made from my phone, nor was there any other call to the police as the incident in question with me never happened. This guy is incredibly dishonest. He will talk your ear off for as long as you stay there, promise you the world, tell you all kinds of things about the products he sells. But as soon as you ask for a refund, no way no how that's it. To be completely fair, he wrote to the CC that he would give me an 80% refund anyway. We will see if that is honored. Given this experience, I will NEVER shop there again. Maybe he is good with others, but with me he lied about his return policy up front, and he lied to the CC company about what happened, he would not give me a refund initially even though the shoe was obviously defective. read more

This place is small but mighty. The employee/owner was SUPER nice, knowledgeable and helpful in finding goalie gloves for my daughter. He knew his stock well and let us dig in the boxes he hadn't unpacked yet. He offered to order us a pair of gloves he didn't have on hand as well. Prices are reasonable.. Wish they were closer to us so we could shop there more often and support small business. read more
