I decided to submit my first grade ever because I've never done it before so I went with Paradise Card Breaks due to a post on their instagram saying they now do Beckett submissions. On 6/6/26, I paid approximately $175 for a Beckett Priority 5-Day Turnaround grading service. Before submitting my card, I was told that the card would be shipped to Beckett on Monday, 6/8/26. 6/13/26, after reaching out to them I received an email stating that the card was only being shipped out that day. Which not sure if that was accurate because that was the day the shipping label was created and was actually shipped on 6/15/26, almost 2 weeks after giving them my card. The explanation given was that this was their first Beckett submission, not sure if the submission process from Beckett is different from PSA which they have plenty of experience with. On top of that I was told that he had off days and nobody else could take care of the project. While I understand that businesses can encounter issues, and everyone deserves their off days but customers should not be paying premium prices for expedited services only to have those services delayed due to a company's lack of experience or internal processes. The entire reason I paid for a Priority 5-Day service was to receive faster turnaround times. Instead, the submission sat for nearly a week before even being sent to Beckett. What should have been a 5-day grading service turned into significantly more time than what I paid for. After experiencing this issue, I looked through other customer reviews and found numerous complaints describing similar problems involving delays, communication issues, and unmet expectations. Unfortunately, my experience appears to be consistent with those reviews. Throughout the entire process I had to reach out to them for any updates through email with a response to wait up to 48 hours for them to respond. On 7/1/2026 I sent another email for an update with no response. On 7/3/2026 I called them for an update and they told me my card will be there on Monday as well as just telling me my grade without asking, was hoping for the surprise but oh well. 7/6/2026. Monday I received an email in the afternoon and went the following day to pick up my card. Based on the delay, lack of follow-through, and failure to meet the promised submission timeline, I cannot recommend Paradise Card Breaks to other collectors at this time.

This is by far and away one of the best Card Shops I have ever been to! Their selection is wide and varied and displayed to perfection. There were two very huge selling points that prompted this review and the first is the two gentlemen behind the counter. I believe their names were Brandon and Tyler, my apologize if I get them wrong but they deserve so much credit. They made my experience quite memorable. I had so many questions and they patiently took the time to walk me through all of them. I went in and found a high end card I was looking for and they let me take my time looking at the card before making the splurge. I can't commend them enough for their great customer service. The second selling point? The AMAZING Prices. Every card that I was looking for was shockingly priced in the BEST way. There are far too many shops that take advantage of the market and sticker price things at egregious numbers, but not Redemption Cards. With the crazy boom the TCG Community has seen these past few years, to not come across a shop that is Price Gouging at double the market is incredible, which makes them one of the best shops out there in my opinion! There was a review I ready about the place on yelp and it was the one that convinced me to make the trip out here. The reviewer said they wanted to gatekeep Redemption Cards because of how amazing their service is, but that they had to share with everyone that is in the hobby about their store. I couldn't agree more! In a sea of shops just trying to make the most money they can, Redemption Cards is in it for the love the hobby and the community. So, to Brandon and Tyler and Redemption Cards, I thank you for being a truly amazing place for people to come to for all their card and hobby needs. He answered all of my questions that I had and even gave some good recommendations based on what I was looking for. I came on a Sunday night and saw a group of people playing cards which gave a nice community vibe and was a green flag in my book. The interior of this store was well lit, super clean, everything was organized neatly, and prices were super fair. Didn't pull any crazy hits from my packs but that's just the name of the game. The owner Brian stepped in, took full responsibility, and made sure I had all the information I needed. I was told my order should be shipping soon, and appreciated the assistance. I called back to check on the store credit, was first told by a gentleman named Malik, he mentioned that the box would be sold on the floor for $139.99 entailing to $60 store credit. But, a day later, prices weren't up on their website for the booster box, I went into the store and asked about the store credit, the owner mentioned that the store credit was only $50, because they were gonna sell the boxes for $149.99. So I took the store credit anyway. No point arguing. Then, when they finally came up with the store pricing. It lists on their website for $120. Yeah, I get it, pricing fluctuates. But words should be kept. The website's and email's customer service is almost non-existent, I'd recommend calling them and asking questions if needed.
