Staff always helpful and honest. Sets at market prices, best discounts on used sets (complete, like new, just not in box), and especially if there is a sale. They announce sales pretty last minute (like sometimes less than a days notice) so plan accordingly. Fill-a-bag table is frequently restocked, sometimes you can find partial builds in it. Sorted bins by color & type (tires, bionicle, etc). Separate bins for different priced items (wall panels, windows, jet and boat parts, etc). A build your own minifig bin, and a pretty extensive collection of minifigs from various themes in the case. They do buy some used sets but are particular so talk to staff first. A good assortment of built as-is sets in display cases, ask staff for details first. They also come to near by schools for Lego build nights, great folks supporting the community with fun activities. read more

The employee at the store when I was there was an absolute idiot because every time I showed him a Lego set or a Lego mini figure I wanted, even if it had a price tag he went on eBay, looked at what their prices, and then told me a price that was absolutely not accurate to what was on the price tag. Another thing I want to say is how most of the items at the store didn't even have a price tag. read more

I discovered this place while driving around for my work and I figured my son might want to check it out. He is five and loves LEGOS. We walked in and it was like little LEGO heaven for my son. The inventory is bursting at the seams and the stock is very diverse. It is now the go-to LEGO location for my son and I it's a very small mom-and-pops type location, but in these days and ages, that is a breath of fresh air. Prices are decent and there are many models built on display, which gives you an idea of the size and scale of some of the options you are considering. From the outside this place doesn't look like much but don't judge a book by the cover! We have shopped here Several times and love it. The owner is almost always in the store. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and prices things fairly. They have a play table where you can fill bags for a set price which my kids love to do. This place is a gem. The building is a small, non descript house turned into a Lego treasure trove. You can find specific, hard to find pieces here because people consign their used legos- you'd spend a fortune trying to get these pieces new from sets sold in stores. Anything you can imagine to build, come here first to look. As a treat, I let my 10 year old fill up pre-priced bags with as many lego as it can hold and he comes home, sorts it and finds so many uses out of odds and end pieces. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!! We were always fan of this store until today. We purchased two 48x48 peg base plates for $16 each. The gentleman at the store told us that they sold for $17 each brand new. Imagine how surprised I was later on today when I found them on Amazon and at Target for $11.99 each. When I called Bricks & Wheels, in so many words, they told me they made it clear to me that there were no returns BUT would accept the return if I drove the products to his store right now. That is 40 minutes one way at this time of day. Having an appointment in 40 minutes, I told him I could not bring them today but could bring them back Friday. He said that was unacceptable. So - I am out $8. Will the world end? No. Will I shop there again? No. Why would I? There is no benefit. Just buy used online. Lesson learned - just because they are in a store doesn't mean they will stand behind their product. read more

Unlike most of the folks that have reviewed this store I go here not so much for the Legos but for the unique and awesome Hot Wheels and NASCAR diecast they have available and at really good prices... just from the conversations i hear with other pateons in the store this place is a gem. Go to spot for finding hard to find that Lego piece you're missing to complete your Lego project. Basically if you're a Lego nut and car nut, this is a toy store packed with goodies and that you can probably spend an hour in just one corner of the store. Oh and the Staff has been knowledgeable and friendly at any time my 6yr old and i go, whoever is working let's you scrummage through the loose items and do your thing without breathing down your neck. check it out seriously worth the trip, you will find something to buy. read more

I went to the wonderful gem yesterday with my friends 9 year old son who I was watching for a few hours. I had no idea this place existed-- the outside was a little concerning at first, but after I was inside I was absolutely speechless. It was so well organized, I was impressed (and that takes a lot). The owner noticed I was out of my element and starting to talk to me about this business and why he does what he does for the community for Lego fans. I felt no pressure to buy anything but did end up leaving with my first Lego set ( I had never build one before) and I will have to say It was fun. I'm literally incapable of spending less than three hours in this store when I visit. The Lego mosaics and different projects around the store make it like a museum, but the real value is in the pick-a-brick bins of secondhand Lego pieces they sell by the quart bag. I've found every last random piece I've needed to finish every project in those bins. The staff is great too. The guidance they've given for my projects has made a pretty good idea turn into what I'd consider a masterpiece. Anyway, I can't say enough good things about this place, and they just opened up a new store in Factoria, which is cool for the Bellevue crowd. read more

Yes, the outside appearance of this house turned store is not pretty. However, inside is clean and organized. I felt no pressure at all to buy anything. I don't know much about legos, but I am guessing that have the largest selection of lego kits anywhere. My son is too young for legos now, but if this play is still around in a couple years, we will be back. read more

Great place to find spare parts and buy in bulk. Make sure you have time to search through the bins. You can fill 1/4 gal or 1 gal zip lock bags. As long as it closes, you get it all for one low price. It is the kind of place you will probably only go to every 3 months or so. read more
