Well I need some nitro and glow plugs. How many? 2, 3,10, 15, he says in a short, unfriendly tone. Dude had no customer service skills. As I made my debit payment he glared at my wife and our baby. Maybe he doesn't like our brown skin kind in his store. Who knows? He was rude and made us feel uncomfortable and unwanted in his store. I would've been a repeat customer. I have a nitro car and buying an electric 6s car this week. I'm sure I'll need extra parts and batteries and a charger. Tacoma RC Raceway will never get a penny of that business. I'll buy online and not have do deal with a rude old dude that's ungrateful for my business. I'm a very loyal customer when I find a friendly welcoming business. That old dude was neither friendly or welcoming and made us feel very unwanted in his store. That's my experience there today and good for you if you've had a better experience.

They also told me that the store is dog friendly as long as they are well behaved and on a leash. The store seems to be divided for those looking for sports cards and memorabilia and the other section focusing on TCGs such as Pokemon, Lorcana, Magic, and more. They have great stock of sleeves, mats, and other TCG needs. Additionally, they have plenty of tables and chairs for their TCG events.
