This was amazing pizza. There were 8 of us and we all chose a different pizza as our favorite! Personally, I thought the BBQ pizza was fabulous! There is indoor and outdoor seating. The outside seating is dog friendly. I am a fan of the blueberry pizza too. It was all so good! No pictures of the appetizers but I can recommend the fried cauliflower and the fried pickles!! This is our favorite of the Brickyard Hollow locations - it is consistently great. We were in the mood for pizza, and decided that a pepperoni char pizza would easily hit the spot - and it did! We like to sit at the bar, when it is available - and that helps to see all that is going on. Our server was excellent - quick and efficient. The pizza - omg - it was soooo good. I had been craving chicken and waffles and this just happened to be on the menu. The chicken was tender and the waffle was sweet and crunchy, just as I had been craving!! My husband had the BH burger and said it was one of the best he's had in a long time. The fries were half moons and both chewy and crunchy on the sides. We had the Westside Trail Ale, which was a dark, creamy ale. I'd go back just for the Westside Trail Ale alone!!! We finished off our meal with the carrot cake. Sorry no picture, there wasn't enough time to snap before it was gone. I was only going to have a bite, but too bad for my husband, ate half! This location is really cute, lots of seating in the restaurant and the bar area. The staff was very friendly! This review is for our takeaway experience. Amazing!! The online ordering process is so easy and you can earn points!! Download the toasttab app. The menu is pretty impressive and extensive. Something for everyone, kids, adults, picky eaters those with allergies etc. We opted for an appetizer of poutine a burger and mac and cheese. The portions were huge! Great price for the quantity for sure. The quality was good! Definitely impressed by it being a brewery and a good restaurant. The order was ready in under 30 minutes. We walked in and there's a pick up order table and our bag was there complete with receipt. Very good experience especially if you're on the go or passing through. Challenge was parking. I have been waiting to stop in and try the brews and food. Working locally and I finally had a chance to stop in today. I had one of their brews. Leigh's Amber Ale, smooth, amber and refreshing. An excellent brew! I ordered their chicken and waffles, I am a sucker for it anytime I see it in a menu. Probably one of the BEST I have had in a long time. Waffles are golden brown, fried chicken is moist with a crunchy breading, topped with syrup and scallions!!! The spice blend in the breading of the fried chicken is a perfect marriage. Ordered 4 pizzas from this pizzeria tonight. The first was sausage, feta, and banana pepper on gluten free crust. My wife has celiac and loved it. The second was a margherita. The crust was a bit thinner on this one, but the kids (1 and 3) inhaled multiple slices happily. The third was the loaded mashed potato pizza, i.e. with mashed potatoes, bacon, and sour cream chive drizzle. This one seemed to be missing a certain something, but still decent. The last was the smoked pork, jalapeño, cornbread, and gouda mac and cheese. The jalapeños could have been a little less generous to dial back the heat a touch, but man, oh man was this pizza otherworldly. Other than the gluten free and the margherita pizzas, the crusts on the other pizzas were a little thicker than a flatbread style pizza. A large will feed 2-3 adults just fine. We love our specialty pizzas and this place did not disappoint. I feel like some of the options were a bit too experimental, but I really like where their heads are at and execution was on point. Food is fine but those looking for delivery should be aware that Brickyard does not actually have a delivery service (though they advertise and take orders for delivery). I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews. But my experience @ the Yarmouth, Maine Brickyard Hollow was the absolute worst experience I've had in many years. Complete lack of communication, even while sitting at their bar waiting for my takeout. I had called my food in at 7:00pm on the button. 20-30 min I was told. I arrived @ 7:25pm and not until I reminded them at 8:00pm that I was waiting on my take out did they begin to look for my food. The waitress Sophie took my phone order and did so very professionally. But when she brought my food to me she approached me put my bag of food down in front of me turned around and walked away... no words. Also, no utensils or napkins... I ordered their Steak Frites $22.00 They weren't even busy and I've worked in the industry before. Had they been busy id still be writing this review because it was not the wait that was upsetting. It was the complete disregard for me. I even asked to speak with a manger. Not to complain, but to understand what the actual issue was. I was asked to hold on..... (considering how long I had already waited.. I figured what's the difference.) after 10min. No manger. Just disregard. Look at the images. Then read the menu. Stopped in Yarmouth to visit a friend and she recommended Brickyard for a lunch stop. Wasn't my favorite place ever, but a good stop with satisfying meal and big portions. We were also the only party there at about 12 (this was on a Monday though!) I got one of their speciality drinks with tequila and it was okay. My boyfriend got a beer they made in house and said it was really great. For lunch, I got a Caesar with a side of fries. The Caesar was huge and had capers as a special touch. I like the dressing, the capers, and the croutons and took a good amount of it to go. I really liked the way they made their fries and they were very crispy. My boyfriend had the dry rub Cajun wings and said they were just what he was looking for. Overall, a cool spot for lunch but not the most amazing meal I have ever had. read more

I am not quite sure how long this place has been in my bookmarks but my sister and aunt were in town and wanted to do lunch with me in the kids so off we went! Because it is on Main Street it's a relatively small parking lot and the snow did nothing to help! Inside are large viewing windows for the brewing portion they have on site which you can see from every seat in the restaurant. Less than a dozen tables but they also had a bar to sit at. Our group used the largest table available. My pulled pork protein was served over tater tots which I found mildly confusing but still very tasty because the potato was quite crispy. My sister ordered a tomato soup which wasn't photographed or eaten because it basically resembled a slightly thin mehran narrow and not tomato soup. Instead she had an order of endame. I forgot to take a photograph of her chicken wings as well but I'm not a huge fan of Buffalo sauce. There are other options in all fairness. The one I did sample was very juicy and appeared to be cooked properly. I ordered a side of French fries for my kids to share and they enjoyed them. My aunt was very pleased with her crab cake sandwich and shared her sweet potato fries which I thought were also very good. They have a rotating menu of house made beers as well as several items they don't make. We tried the current special which is a chocolate banana and clove designed beer. I asked and was told they sell growlers and not by the bottle so the choices were a 32 oz or a 64 oz growler. I don't recall the price off hand for the growlers but it was reasonable enough that I got to of the small ones so I could give one as a gift to my dad with the beer that we had that day. read more

We stopped in to Brickyard Hollow not once - but twice - on our recent visit to town and both times had an excellent, friendly, welcoming meal. While we were only visiting, we were made to feel like family each time by the friendly, attentive personnel. The nachos were delicious, the maple bacon burger was excellent, and the ctrl+alt+wheat they had on tap was more than worth a second round. My spouse has celiac disease and they were extremely diligent in annotating the gluten-free dietary restrictions - the dedicated gluten-free frier was such a welcomed option. An establishment filled with great people, great food, great beer, and such a welcoming environment. We are already looking forward to our next trip back to Yarmouth and stopping in to Brickyard Hollow...likely more than once. Again. read more

Was excited to try BrickYards new Yarmouth pizza location. Had heard decent things about their Freeport location so we tried their new Yarmouth location. Delivery was faster than the estimate. So thumbs up! The pizza... well it's clear their going after a neighbor competitor with the menu. So we tried 5 pies: a plain cheese, cappicola pineapple, mashed potato bacon chive, bbq pulled pork apple onion, and a monthly special Mexican street corn black bean salsa and chicken. Sounds good right?! Mouth was watering. I'm all about the crust when it comes to pizza. So being a "wood fired" pizza I expected crispy with slight chew. What I got tasted like a par baked stale crust with toppings thrown on then broiled. The crust wasn't hot but the toppings were. It was so difficult to chew, hard to believe it could be freshly tossed. Disappointing amount of toppings. The Mexican street corn pizza? Yeah there was a single black bean on my slice of pizza along with some frozen corn tossed on. I tasted nothing that resembled street corn or salsa. At least they had used chicken thigh, it had some flavor, but the chunks of chicken were so large it was difficult to chew in a single bite. For the price? I'll spend the extra $.50 per pie and go down the street to the competition. I know exactly what I'm getting and know I'm going to enjoy a good pizza! read more

Fun new spot in Yarmouth. The brewer previously worked at Oxbow Brewing Company so that means a solid brew. The space was previously a laundromat and they did an amazing job renovating!! We sat at the bar for 1 beer and then ordered a bar snack and headed outside. Lots of outdoor seating, most of which is covered and all areas are full service. The bar snacks are super affordable and delicious. We got the pretzel and beer cheese for $4! It came with 2 salted soft pretzel sticks and a freaking deeeelicious beer cheese sauce. Amazing flavor, I wish I could have finished it with a spoon. I'd love to come back for dinner and can't wait to see what brews they feature. read more

For the third time, the type of fries they offer has changed and none of the new ones come close to how good the "scoop" style tasted. I ordered a few different things so I would have more than one meal and could try several thing that looked good. First I had the maple bacon burger. It was incredibly salty and the main reason for the star deduction. It tasted like they used steak seasoning on the patty but just too too much. The bacon was not crispy and added more to the saltiness than to the flavor. The bites with the maple aioli were better but I couldn't even taste it at first, I think it only made it half of the burger. The second thing I had was the chicken pesto pizza. I've ordered this at the Portland location and it was good both times. I find pesto pizza is better reheated in the oven than fresh because the oil incorporates into the crust. Very yummy. The standout was the third dish, the Mac and cheese. Just smokey enough to be interesting but not overwhelming. The last dish I ordered was the poutine. I reheated the fries in my air fryer which worked great. The meat in it was well cooked and tasty. Obviously, I knew it wasn't traditional poutine but the cheese choice here wasn't my favorite. i have been here multiple times, trying to give this place another chance but every time it's the worst service Ive ever experienced. this time the waitress forgot my 16 months old chicken tenders and delivered our meals without them then proceeded to tell us she forgot. by the time we got the tenders my child was ready to leave. thanks for 50% off the $8 tenders you cheaps. oh and after that the waitress watched my husband walk out with our son and I waited for her to come over and offer a box, which she didn't & I had to go ask the host for a box. meanwhile there was probably 4 people in the restaurant. horrible place read more

My wife and I and our very young son just moved to Yarmouth from Los Angeles. Prior to moving, my wife and I really wanted a deep understanding of all of the local businesses that this wonderful town has to offer. Having lived in tight knit communities in LA for over 20 years we made it a point to always support local businesses whenever and however we could. We plan on doing the same thing here in this wonderful town. Personally, I was particularly looking forward to supporting the place where I was going to have my first cold beer as a Yarmouth resident and I figured what better place than the town's local brewery, Brickyard Hollow, right? So, I took my father-in-law to BH at around 4p and noticed the place wasn't all that busy and saw that seats were available at the bar...bingo! As we walked in, I noticed the facility was aesthetically pleasing and the bar to be inviting and comfortable. The place is really nice and very clean...so far so good. After waiting several minutes to be greeted, we were met by the bartender and we went ahead and ordered our drinks. I ordered the Trestle and Better Together and my FIL ordered a whiskey. The beer is really good here. Also I highly recommend the Crtl-Atl-Wheat which has the appearance and texture of a Hazy IPA - SO GOOD. However, where the beer shined the service at least for the 45 minutes and two rounds we were there for, really lacked. I won't go into too much detail because I'm not petty like that but the bar staff wasn't genuinely friendly or particularly inviting. I found the experience with the staff to very transactional and off putting. Having myself worked in the food and beverage industry when I was younger, the first thing I was taught was no matter if the food is cold or the beer is flat, the customer will always remember how you treated them and come back. Fortunately, the beer wasn't flat and although we didn't eat, the food looked very delicious, we will come back and give BH another chance. My husband had a couple of their beers (both delicious) and I (being too full from dinner at Gilbert's) ordered two Old Fashioneds. The drinks were very nice. We were disappointed that we were not able to order pizza - it looked fantastic!! Brickyard seems to have a steady carry out business for their pizza and most folks dining in also had their pizza.
