We had errands to run in Freeport around lunchtime the other day and decided that we would try another location of Brickyard Hollow. They lean heavily into their brewery, but their food is fresh and tasty, too. The dining room is wide open with lots of tables, as well as a nice deck area out back. The folks at the counter were pretty busy and a bit distracted with lots of tasks, but were attentive once I got their attention. The food is tasty and definitely fresh, although the chicken on my sandwich and on my partner's Cobb Salad felt like they spent an extra minute too long in the fryer. This is a good spot to relax if you're in the area shopping.

Neat little spot for beers and pizza. It was a lovely day so we sat outside on their deck/patio. It's not fancy at all but it was a better option than inside. Their beer was delicious - tried a stout and IPA as well as prosecco on tap. What we really came here for was the blueberry pizza & it was delicious! Not sweet at all. It's counter service for drinks and ordering food then they bring your pizza to the table. Everything was very quick, we didn't wait long at all. Overall I would definitely recommend this place for a casual meal or beers.

The wife and I were out shopping in Freeport and decided we would stop by this pizza joint as we were both craving the Italian delectable dish. We walked into a very clean wide, open restaurant with super friendly staff, and even a play area for children to color and coloring books as well. My wife got the cheese pizza and I got the pepperoni pizza and it didn't take long to make it but it was delicious. If you like thin crust style pizza then this is the place for you. They also had many other options on the menu, but we really enjoyed What we had. The bathrooms were super clean, and there was even an outside seating area when the weather is nicer for you to be able to eat or drink some of the beverages that they offer here, including the brickyard beer. We will definitely be back here in the near future as we truly enjoyed it.

They have their own beer on tap and even had a sour, which was pretty good. The pizza options they have are very creative. I got a pizza with goat cheese, peaches, and balsamic and it was delicious! Our service was fine. You order your food and drinks at the counter. The ambiance is similar to a pizza shop.

This was our first time at this brewery that also serves food. You can order food at the counter. We got the char and cups (pepperoni) pizza and two beers. Food and drinks were good!

I need to adjust my expectations as this is really not a "restaurant" like the other locations. This is a "quick" service, cafe type of environment. There was plenty of space for our extended family gathering of 4 adults and 2 kids. It's definitely kid friendly...because there were A LOT of kids in the restaurant and there there were plenty of high chairs. The food was good, however, expect to wait as you would normally would for food in a restaurant.. It was hot and fresh and brought to our table. If I'm in the area and parked near the location, i would probably go here again, no fuss of a "regular" sit down restaurant and hot fresh food options.

    cheap fried rice

the pizza was okay. after spending 60$ on bowls (3 bowls btw) i opened them starving what did i find inside straight shit. they called it a "protein" bowl. it was overpriced fried rice. i got the souel bowl promising some yummy pork belly what did i get 20 prices of brusselsprout and 3 measely strips of pork belly that tasted like it came straight from the pig. i felt so disgusted after eating this i had to take a shower. i tried to call to explain how the price did NOT match the quality they rudely hung up on me.

Visited with a big group for an employee Christmas lunch back in December. We were told they don't take reservations but to come early and grab a table because it gets busy. I hadn't eaten anything that day in hopes to get a juicy burger like other Brickyard locations have and was saddened when I saw the menu. Before I go there though, the environment is what I can only describe as cold. The floors and walls are concrete (I think), the tables and chairs are super super basic folding tables and stacking chairs, i.e, not comfortable. I felt like a child sitting low at the table. Now back to the menu, the pizza options are decent but pricey, the bowls sound good but not for a group sharing. I had a prosecco to drink because BH beer is not especially good, and I'm a beer snob. We ordered something like 4 large pizzas, 2 small pizzas, nachos and fried brussel sprouts. The pizza was the best of what we ordered, the nachos were lame (little topping and not many of them), and the fried brussels gave me heartburn (and I don't get heartburn frequently). I will say the brussels came with a sweet chili sauce which made them much better. There were definitely more customers than I expected as the lunch hour rolled around. It was clear a lot of Freeport shoppers warm up in BH and get a slice and a beer which is awesome. I, however, don't have a reason to return.

Cute little place. Ambience isn't bad. Buuuttt... order at the counter or scan a QR code at your table and order on your phone. Is this a restaurant? Or take out? Do I tip for table service or counter? They DO bring it to your table- but no one is getting refills or asking how your food is... confusing. Also- paper plates but metal silverware. Again- threading the needle but not drawing a line. Got the "mushroom, roasted garlic and gorgonzola cheese pizza". Good- but not great. Big, full cloves of garlic and fresh mushrooms, but zero gorgonzola. Also ordered fried brussel sprouts. They were overcooked to the point of falling apart like paper. The dipping sauce was delicious though. Also ordered the Trestle IPA- their flagship beer. That was pretty tasty- I would definitely order another of those. All in all- three stars. The best part was the beer. As for the restaurant? They need to decide if they're a DQ or a Chilis! Oh- the price for a pizza, appetizer, one beer and one soda? $56. Kinda high for a DQ. But Chilis has real plates and waitresses.

This place is just terrible. The other locations are pretty good, but this place has gotten worse and worse. We have been here multiple times now, and every single time we go the quality of the food has gone for eh to downright terrible. Not only is the service just not good, they just have a "I could care less" attitude, they expect you to know exactly what you want and what's on it, cause if you ask questions you're wasting their time. I have typically gotten the pepperoni pizza. Now if you look at the photos they use for their pepperoni pizza, it's loaded with pepperoni. You get 2 1/2- 3 slices of small pepperoni on each slice of pizza. That's it. The first time I thought maybe just a mistake, but twice? They clearly are skimping out and using false advertisement. This last time was the final straw for us. I'll start with the photos I didn't take. The salad had barely any chicken (that was chopped up to the size of tiny pellets) and was dried like the Sahara dessert, and the lettuce they threw in the chopped off ends. Dirty and giant pieces not even cut up. The pretzels were cold and the cheese that came with it was split, meaning it sat all day in a luck warm container. I have attached photos of the pizzas we ordered and compared them to what they are supposed to be. The Mac and cheese pizza was missing the jalepanos, was not on cornbread crust, and burnt to a crisp so bad, that the pulled pork was extremely dry. And the potato pizza contained no bacon, no shallot sour cream drizzle, and once again, burnt and dry as hell. This place is an absolute joke. There are so many other pizza places in the town alone, not including the next few towns over. The other brickyards are perfectly fine. If you're THAT desperate for Brickyard, go to Brunswick, Yarmouth, even Portland. They are far superior. How this place gets such good reviews and constant customers is beyond me. If this was a one time incident, sure, it happens. But this has been consistent for years now. Slowly, but surely getting worse and worse. Whoever owns this company REALLY needs to see what is going on in Freeport with their quality control. This place is massively overpriced, false advertising, poor quality control, and just really not worth your time or money. Avoid at all cost.

You order up at the counter or you can order on your phone with the barcode provided at your table. It's took awhile to get our pizza and the pizza was just ok but I wouldn't go back. The atmosphere was clean and well maintained. Overall it was a 3/5.

Being a NYer it's tough to find a perfect pizza delivery outside the state, but brickyard is pretty good. And the options are creative.

The staff was very friendly, though there was an hourlong wait for an indoor table (definitely make reservations!) or 10 minutes for outside (which was a little surprising given how many open tables there were). Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were super cool with some really amazing gardens outside in full bloom and then the more darkly lit, warm and cozy, and open concept with a great view of the kitchen team hard at work. I was the only one at the table to get a cocktail, to which I chose the blueberry lemon drop. It was really well balanced with a nice blueberry flavor without being overpowering. My wife got a merlot, which she enjoyed. The kids both enjoyed their chocolate milk and strawberry lemonade. Food wise we started with a caesar salad, which was good but pretty mild in flavor. It could have used a little more parm and either more pop to the dressing or just more of it. My wife got the (gluten free) baked focaccia and the lobster bisque for her dinner. She was melting over the focaccia (which I agree was the flavor bomb though I admit the gf bread was a little gummy - not abnormal for gf bread though and didn't really bother me). The lobster bisque she found equally delicious. I also found it quite tasty though did find it a little thinner on the mouthfeel than maybe normal. My MIL got the mussels that she said were really tasty and we found were locally sourced. I got the short rib. It was a large chunk of extremely tender meat with some absolutely delicious mashed potatoes. The gravy was pretty solid for it though I would have preferred it with a little more beefy flavor than maybe the wine. The carrots were a little disappointing, if I'm being honest. They were cut into vastly different sizes, which led to some majorly uneven cooking and even the smallest pieces were still much too firm - not crunchy but not really tender beyond the first quarter inch or so. It was almost like the were par cooked whole and then chopped up after. Definitely atypical and not really up my alley for carrots. Overall, aside from a couple very minor misses, this place was absolutely a winner and I'm absolutely getting some brick oven pizza next time!

And though we've enjoyed many of their outstanding meat cuts, a variety of local items they carry and their full liquor selections, I've come to Yelp today to sing the praises of their store made smoked salmon salad with salmon supplied from Maine's Duck Trap fisheries. This salad is first of all salmony, appropriately salty, chunky, and filled with tiny bits of red onion and celery and just enough mayo to hold it together. What a great find at this fun to shop at market. I eat it on Triscuits, corn chips, baby carrots, or to be embarrassingly honest...from my finger. I love it when I discover something previously unknown to me. And though I have been eating smoked salmon, lox/Nova since early childhood, I am so happy to have recently found this. Great job Bow Street Market! It's sold in various sized small tubs at $10.99/lb. and well worth this price.
