I went to this repair shop after experiencing an accident. They had told me to come in January 25-27, and because I reside in a different city, I had to fly out to pick up my car. When I arrived they said they weren't open. Why would they tell me to come pick up the car during that time? They should have told me to pick it up on the Monday the week after to not waste time. When I arrived, they replaced the damaged parts, however, I got the car back with additional issues. The mechanics forgot to bolt back the fender liner so on the drive back it was completely eroded. The Moon roof lining was not aligned correctly. In addition, after I experienced the first snowfall in Chicago leakage was present on the side of the car where repairs were made. My car was pretty much in worse shape than when I left it with them. Extremely disappointed. read more

This is not the place you want to do business with. The office personnel and particularly the female manager at the desk..seems nice until there is an issue...then you will experience a rude and obnoxious individual that will turn into a disrespectful loud mouth. I would not bring my vehicle here again.. not even to change a light bulb. Buyer beware is all I want to say. Just rude unprofessional people here. They speak in your face to one another in Spanish code and forget that you speak English when you have a problem with their work.. then you get treated like scum and no appreciation for your business.. not even a thank you!! Two weeks ago a bad storm hit here in New Jersey, we were searching for an auto body shop that could take in my car immediately because there was bad flood damage. Between calling my insurance company back and forth on my car updates for the past two weeks, Christina was very helpful. Christina inspected my car and gave us suggestions on contacting insurance when we first came, always emailed me or responded to my calls as soon as possible when I reached out to her too. Unfortunately as of yesterday morning, my car was considered a total loss and I had to empty everything out. Christina helped me unscrew my license plates and I was appreciative for her help during these past two weeks to this immediate attention. New Trimble Auto Body Shop is small, the parking might be tight along the street, becareful when you drive for any speeding cars. Can you believe a snow pile up had the audacity to jump in front of my car? I know, the nerve! my thoughts exactly. Luckily New Trimble was there to take care of the damage. I found them after searching for an autobody on my car insurances' locator. They were within a reasonable distance radius and had the best availability. New Trimble it is! I would have usually asked friends for a recommendation but I refuse to drive around with a busted up car. New Trimble was a score of a find as the customer service was good, they did a thorough examination of the car damage and expeditiously provided estimates. I thought the estimate was a little high however the work final product was beyond my expectations. They did a really good job on the autobody work. They were very informative on timeframe, pick up and drop off text and phone calls. I was never in the dark during this process. If a friend ask, I would definitely recommend New Trimble. Im sorry but the front staff is not organized. There was another gentleman also complaining in the waiting room. Over priced . They let a computer do an estimate they put things in the estiamte that didnt need to be done to make the repair to get more money out of the customer. I finally found a very reliable and affordable auto body shop. Ivo and his team are amazing. I was near the area one Saturday morning and looking for an auto body for a quote to repaint the hood of my car. The hood had small dents, a few rust spots and chipped paint from small rocks in the highway. The clear coat was completely gone from the hood only after ten plus years of weathering as well. I drove by 2 other shops but they were closed. Finally, Google maps took me to New Trimble Auto Body. Ivo was in the office and gave me a quote after thoroughly looking over the car. It was my first quote so, I went to other body shops in Passaic and Bergen county and none of them offered his price. A week later, I scheduled to have the hood repainted at New Trimble. They had it for 4 days and I just picked it as I am writing this review. The hood looks amazing. Pictures will be posted. They even brought it to their detailer for a wash and polished my headlights for no charge. I highly recommend New Trimble Auto Body if you are not going thru insurance. Unbelievably great auto body shop! The people there are very helpful, kind, and easy to work with. We dropped the car off on Monday and asked for it by Friday. They said it would be tough and would most likely get it to us by Saturday at the earliest but that they would try to get it to us sooner. Well, they worked very hard and were able to have it to us by Friday afternoon. Returned in better than new condition and it was detailed inside and out! So happy we went here. My car had some damage from somebody backing into me while my car was parked in the street. They hit my car right where the door hit the fender so I couldn't open my driver's door more than 4 or 5 in. I took my car to New Trimble Auto Body, expecting to pay for them to at least knock out the dents so I could open the door. The owner came out and in 3 minutes had my door open all the way. She was kind, helpful, and reassuring--all of the things you long for in customer service, but rarely receive anymore. She communicated with me through the entire process and they had the part ordered, received, painted, and ready to be installed within 48 hours. She called and gave me a time to come in for the part to be installed. I was expecting to wait as you almost always have to, even when you have an appointment, but I was literally in and out of the shop within 20 minutes. The repair on my car was quite minor, but this shop was honest, fast, and reasonable in price. Had my car fixed in two weeks, and they were able to give it to me a day ahead of time! Also went completely out of their way to get a part for me so I could have my car back a day early. Upon picking my car up from New Trimble I was very satisfied with the paint work they performed. I could have just brought it home and been fine with the repair. Ivo the owner pointed out to me the color was off a shade that I could hardly detect. He insisted that he repaint it to match. I told him it was fine as it was. He continued to insist he spend more time to make it 100% perfect. He spent one more day on it and now you cant see the difference in color. He also re pin striped the car free of charge.
