You give me that and I'll never go anywhere else. And that's exactly how I'd describe Best Service Auto Body. Both Alex and Yuro are awesome at what they do. I've been there twice with a 2017 BMW X3 xDrive28i and have needed a new driver side fender, sunroof drains cleaned out, brake pads and indicator sensors replaced, oil change, etc. The fender was the biggest job so far - I think some random person was walking around one night and just decided to kick mine in for some reason. It wasn't hit by a car because the paint was intact; regardless, I needed to get a new fender as it was bent so bad. Given this car is 9 years old with white paint I thought the new fender would stand out in noticeable contrast to the weathered paint on the rest of the car, e.g., the hood, door, roof, etc. I was totally wrong (see before and after pics) - I don't know how Yuro did it but he matched my paint color and then blended it so well I can't even tell a new fender was put on! You definitely can't get that level of service just anywhere, especially without paying extra. You can tell they take great pride in their work. As if that wasn't enough, they cleaned my car for free before they gave it back to me. Apparently there was some chemical substance that got on the window and paint the day before I dropped it off. No matter, all gone. All of this has been at half or less than what a dealer would charge. These guys are the best, and the name says it. Go there and you won't be disappointed. read more

I first just have to say that Best Service Auto Body is true to their name. I just needed a simple repair which was to replace the right side rear view mirror on my car which was damaged. The same day I contacted Best Service Auto and described exactly what I needed they gave me a quote . Later that same day I went to the shop so that the part needed could be ordered. The next day in the late afternoon I was contacted and asked if I could bring my car in that afternoon. I brought my car back and the guys replaced my rear view mirror within an hour. I am truly amazed at the top level of customer service that they proved as well as the reasonable price that I was quoted and paid. Went in and got my front bumper painted and repaired new grill. Installed new headlights installed. All of the LEDs were changed to white touchup was done all around the car wherever it was needed. I had a 12pm appointment for a photo inspection and I arrived at 11:50am. The guy, who looks Italian, made me wait 20 minutes before finally going to the car. He claimed that my appointment is between 12pm and 12:30pm, so he could take his time. That is so unprofessional, that I would not consider using this place or recommend it. read more

I wanted to believe this was a good body shop because of the name and reviews. Was I wrong. These guys are cons. I brought my vehicle in because It needed some work. Most importantly new rotors and brakes. I had already purchased brakes specifically from the dealership but these guys told me it was the wrong brakes so my vehicle and that they would order a new set for me. Okay cool no problem right!? Well when I went to pick up my vehicle they charged me for the rotors brakes and service (1200 bucks ) so as I ask for my original brakes that so called was the wrong fit so that I could return it to the dealership, no one seems to know where it disappeared to. Hmmm sounds strange and shady. You would think if its the wrong fit it would have been put righy back in the trunk. Well think again the owner had just abt everyone looking around for these missing brakes. He kept trying to get me to leave and come back on a Tuesday (I was picking up on a Saturday). Why in the world would it take that long to find my brakes that you never used? After being there for a abt 3 hours waiting because I refused to leave without these brakes or a price adjustment they found some used brakes and tried to give it to me in a plastic bag. I refused them of course. Long story short...they ended up knocking 300 off my bill and got mad at me for insisting they did. These guys are crooks. That was just one of the issues I had with them while they had my vehicle. Needless to say I will NEVER recommend anyone to them. I'm not sure how good of a job they do on vehicles but I know they are untrustworthy and crooks. I can only imagine how many other people they have scammed simply because the customer trusted them.
