Purchased a beautiful wedding dress and I LOVE it! The customer service was great, they greeted us and helped us search for a wedding dress right away. They helped me get dresses in the dressing room and recommended a whole bunch of veil and belt styles, so it was nice to see a variety. I had a budget but the dress was too beautiful to pass up so I ended up spending double the price because I couldn't find a dress that I like for the price that I want, so that was my fault. They don't have too much on sale so that was another down for me. Their seamstress, Mary Lynn, is pretty easy to work with as long as you don't break contact with her. My relationship started off rocky with her as she said she wasn't entirely sure what I wanted with the dress but never called me to double check just to be sure so I let a whole month go by, thinking she was doing alterations. There was less than a month left to go and she understood that I was quite upset and made it up to me by making my dress alterations a priority, 3 weeks before my wedding day. Though I believe that the price for alterations is a bit pricey, I appreciate the fact that Mary Lynn has been doing this for years and is basically a pro at it so I didn't mind the price. She works pretty well under pressure too, so if you are unsure about your current seamstress, just pay her price and she will do a REALLY good job. My overall experience at this place is very good. The workers are generally friendly but Mary Lynn made the place more enjoyable with her willing to work for you and around your schedule. read more

If you are bigger than about a size 8, don't waste your time here. They bodyshamed my adorable and sweet friend for being a size 12. There are lots of places for bridalwear, this place only caters to small people. read more

I purchased a dress here that I knew would need modifications to change the straps from off the shoulder to over the shoulder which the attendant said could be done. Since then I have had seamstresses say yes and no for it to look right. The stores seamstress said yes so the store said they won't take the dress back. What they didn't tell me until after this started was ALL sales are final. It was written on the receipt but small letters which when you pay upfront you don't read word for word. You look at the numbers. If this is the policy it should be clearly displayed and stated by their sales group at time of sale. I would not have purchased this had I known. Now I don't really like the dress anymore because if the grief but I'm stuck. read more

I had a previous experience at an Appleton bridal store were I was not acknowledged and ignored... It's not hard to please most people with a smile and " I will be right with you". DO NOT BUY YOUR DRESS FROM HERE...unless you want the worst customer service I have ever seen!!! If you do, hopefully your dress won't come in late and be ripped like in our case because very little will be done to remedy the problem!! Can I give zero stars?? Horrible experience and service! Owner was rude! I had 4 bridesmaids. The day we went to look at dresses only 3 bridesmaids could make it. 3/4 of my bridesmaids live 2 1/2 hours away. Once we picked out dresses we liked we were told that we had to order ALL 4 dresses at the same time from them and my bridesmaid shouldn't order from another place because if we do one order then they are all dyed the same exact color and this is the best way to ensure the colors are the same. Okay makes sense. We pick out 4 different styles same designer and color get the order in (one of my bridesmaids is very tall and ordered extra length since the display dress was 1 inch too short extra length is supposed to add 5 extra inches) and this is in Dec. April comes around and the dresses are in yay! We go to pick them up wrong dress! They placed the order as all 4 bridesmaids dresses being the same exact dress. The design dress they ordered was correct for one bridesmaid (the one that was out of town and didn't make it) but wrong for all the rest of the bridesmaids. After a little stressing the workers assured me it will be fine and come in in time. They wouldn't redo the entire order as one bridesmaid dress was right even though earlier they said they HAD to be ordered all together to be the same color. Now your changing your story? Double checked this time around all designs sizes AND the extra length was on the order. I looked at it myself. Okay looks good should come in correct this time. July comes around (1 month before the wedding) dresses are finally in. Since the majority of my bridesmaids live 2 1/2 hours away I decide I will pick them up for them and bring them to their town. I get them to my bridesmaids and low and behold the extra length on my one bridesmaid dress is NOT on the dress. I call back and immediately ask if I can speak to the owner. She states this is the owner in a very rude defensive tone right off the bat likes she is irritated that I asked to speak directly to her. I explained the situation and everything that happened and (still being very rude) tells me to hold on so she can check the receipt. She then states that the receipt says the extra length is on there so it is on the dress. I explain that the extra length is physically not on the dress even if the receipts states it's on there it's not physically on the dress. She got very upset and blaming and basically accused us of lying and said we would have to bring the dress in to prove it to her my friend lives 2 1/2 hours away with the dress it's less then a month from the wedding she refused to give a refund unless we showed her the dress (which is 20 dollars ) but says it's too late to correct the issue no time to reorder okay well it's not worth her while to drive 5 hours round trip for a $20 refund.. after a lot of complaining to each other back and forth she states if the bridesmaid brings the dress to her at least 3 days before the wedding they can get it wet and try to "stretch" the dress out.. okay lady we don't trust you doing anything else to the dress after all this.. sorry for the long post but this was the biggest headache of my wedding and the fact that the owner can't own up and even give a $20 refund or even apologize? Don't waste your time people find a better company to work with! read more

The customer service here was awful. We had to approach the ladies behind the desk, we weren't greeted and they provided no help with bridesmaid dresses. They just pointed in the direction of what we were looking for. They lost our business because of their lack of customer service. Went someplace else, had wonderful help and ordered the dresses there. read more

This place had horrible customer service! They require no appointments so I figured I could stop in and have all the help I needed. Wrong! It wasn't busy at all and they lady (Christine) placed the dress I wanted to try on in the dressing room and left me to get into it by myself. Offering no help! Ugh, do not go here if you need any help what-so-ever trying on a bridal dress or good service. read more

A groom-to-be should NEVER get a call from his fiancée SOBBING on the phone, like I did today, on the very first day she goes to look at wedding dresses, because of being completely ignored and treated rudely, and resorting to walking out from such poor service. This should have been an exciting experience for her, and I am shocked and appalled that in an industry that revolves around making a bride feel special, this place is even in business with the way it dismisses potential customers. Additional turn-offs are its low-class atmosphere and sea of plastic-wrapped, no-name dresses they claim to be "designer". There are MUCH better, classier alternatives in the Fox Valley that know how to treat a bride and will get my business!! read more

I don't even know where to start....when I walked in I found the owner and re-introduced myself, as we had met before and stated that I was excited to try on my very first wedding dress. Instead of asking me what kind of style or price range I was looking for, she pointed over to some dumpy looking racks and said that I was to look through them and pick what I wanted. They were still in plastic garment bags and tightly packed together that they were hard to really see what they looked like as well as not categorized by style. My mom and I started going through them and picked a few out and put them on the rack they told us to, well apparently 10 dresses is too many to try on because I got yelled at, and was told I needed to just start trying them on. Once we got into the room, my mom asked a gal if there was someone that could help to get the dresses on, she was rudely told "No, you do it yourself". So, my mom and I fumbled around taking them out of the bags and got me into them. I was a lot of work!! In the middle of trying on the dresses I could here the young girl in the fitting room next to me, she was able to get the sales associate to help her and her mother with trying on dresses....I am a bit upset by this because I was in the store first and that same associate was the one that told my mom that we had to do everything ourselves. Well, we kept going and I found a gown I LOVED, but I wanted to know if the coloring was right (between white and ivory), my mom and I couldn't find anybody in the store anywhere. So after sitting and waiting for 15 for someone, anyone to actually help me, I took off the dress I loved and got dressed and left. Thank you for the complete lack of customer service that your store offered me, I wouldn't wish the same experience on my worst enemy! read more

I recently visited the store on a Monday evening (hoping to avoid the weekend crowd), looking for a dress for a second wedding (I'm not your typical, younger bride). I was promptly greeted by Penny and I shared a few examples of what I was looking for. She told me about a few special racks, but then left me to look around for some styles that I wanted to try. While I was looking around, Penny found some options which were very close to the dresses I had shared with her. I ended up finding something that was exactly what I was looking for. I have my own seamstress, so I won't be using their seamstress services, and we'll have to see if there are any problems with the ordering/delivery of the dress, but so far, I have been pleasantly surprised by the attention offered by this dress shop. read more

Not a great experience. Staff measured me for a bridesmaid dress and recommended a size that ended up being more than a full size too large. The store also charges $11 to mail to the store. For an out-of-town bridesmaid this was extremely inconvenient. I've had to spend over $100 altering this dress. Hope to never have to patronize this store again. read more

I would not suggest this place at all. The floor staff is incompetent at their job. Each time I went in for the fitting and the final pickup wait time was very long. They couldn't find my dress one time, they had an error on my account balance, and another time, staff was more preoccupied with the children in the store than helping me to get fitted. read more
