A quick stop off the highway for a picnic or for some sensational photos. The trail is all uphill for about 15 minutes. Once you take the trail to the base of the falls, there is a sign that warns about going up to the top. It is absolutely very slippery. We were there in July and it was very dry and slippery. Lots of people were struggling to get up to get good pics. The falls are breathtaking indeed. Mother Nature did a good job. Beware...It's even more difficult getting back down. If you don't have the right shoes or if you don't have someone to help you, it could be very scary. Lots of parking and picnic tables.

Canada is such a beautiful country in so many ways and has so many sites to see that when planning a trip, it's good to research this out and see what you have a long the way (if doing a road trip) Bridal Falls is between Hope and Chilliwack about 90 minutes from Vancouver. Like many Canadian parks, it is clean and beautiful. Unfortunately for us we came on a day that was really busy so there were too many people to truly enjoy the hike up to the falls and trying to take pictures once we were at the falls that didn't have others in it was difficult. There is also some fencing up warning people not to cross and climb up the rocks around the falls, but there were probably around 100 people crossing the fencing and climbing up the falls. My young kids saw other people doing this and wanted to do it too and we had to explain that they were not obeying the signs and that it was dangerous. It would have been nice to have a ranger stationed there patrolling this so we could all enjoy the natural beauty of the falls without people constantly photobombing the pictures intentionally and unintentionally. At least on days where it's busier. It's a short hike to the falls - maybe 10-15 minutes, and it is scenic going up and down. I didn't have to use the restroom but my daughter did and maybe if it wasn't so busy it would have been okay, but she said it was pretty gross. Overall, it's a great pit stop on the right day, the day we happened to go was NOT the right day!

The hike is not bad and is not steep. Last time I was here was 10 years back (at least). The memory was that this is a beautiful scenery of the fall and the hike is not bad. When I say not bad I mean just about 10 mins in from the parking lot. I am not very athletic and its great. You get beautiful view will very little work. Since S and I are going to the corn maze, I suggested that we drop by here to take a beautiful picture of the fall. I mean since we are in the area why not. Came here yesterday October 10, 2016, it was a bit chilly and so remember to dress warmly. There are also hiking trails. I am guessing if you hike up the reward is even more rewarding. There are plenty of parking here (free parking)

This is a very small park with a short trail to Bridal Veil Falls. The trail is about a 1/2 return trip from car to car without stops at the falls that is. The Falls are worth stopping for a look especially in the spring with all the runoff from rain and melting snow. There are some picnic tables here so you can stop and have a picnic with family. This is not a park to make a day trip to though. This is a place that you go to when you are driving though Chilliwack on your way to Hope or vice versa. It is well worth the stop though at least to stop and take some photos! Basically plan an hour or two there maximum.

Easy hike through a beautiful dense forest. Easy for kids to do as we took a 3 and 6 year old who loved it. The hike is slightly uphill. About 5-10 mins through winding trees covered in green moss and a stream flowing throughout. Very pretty. The falls themselves are very beautiful. You can clamber up the rock wall to the base of the falls, although there are signs saying you shouldnt. But we totally did. :) It was a refreshing afternoon jaunt in the forest. Would go again. Could picnic here also as their are tables by the stream.

    Be cautious super slippery

What a beautiful place to visit. The walk up is fairly easy and the views are gorgeous!
