My mom is not a girly woman at all, and she rarely wears dresses or anything like this, but Monroe quickly figured out my mom's preferences and showed her dresses that really flattered her figure. She helped her pose and take pictures of the dresses - so many beautiful dresses. When I was with her, we got 1 on 1 attention and the dresses she picked out were gorgeous. We finally went with a stunning black dress with tasteful shoulder cutouts that I honestly would have never thought to pick out myself. I am SO happy with the dress and my mom truly LOVES it too (which is what matters most!). As the night went on, she became visibly annoyed whenever my friends asked questions about other dresses in the store. After I tried on my last dress, one of my friends asked about another option, and another sales rep showed her a gown. Instead of being professional, she angrily snapped "no" in a whisper, clearly signaling to rush us out of there. No offense, but that is terrible customer service. I refuse to spend money on a wedding dress somewhere that treats people this way. She then looked at me and bluntly said my time was up -- even though my appointment had started late. It was 6:58, and she claimed the store was closing, but their own door clearly says they close at 7:30. The whole environment was unwelcoming compared to other bridal shops. No one smiled, no warmth, no excitement -- which is the bare minimum you'd expect during such a special moment. Because of this experience, I will absolutely refrain from doing any business with them and will tell others about how poorly they treat customers. Thankfully, I stayed polite and calm, because I can only imagine how badly they'd react if someone had actually been a "bridezilla."

Received dress rather quickly, tags showed was over charged by $500. Slip came in weeks later, Received 1 call that was in. Was around holidays and during a family emergency. 1 call, just to say arrived. Nothing about pick it up now or 7 days we're returning it and keeping the money, order and pay for another. $300, no call saying our policy is to return after a week. Per manager named "Queen", well you should've picked it up, its not our problem. We don't refund and you would need to repurchase to get another in. 3 calls to make sure your coming so we can fleece you, 1 call saying in, 0 calls to say we're sending back and stealing your money. Terrible customer service after they have your money, not to mention out right theft if you don't follow "Queens " policy of picking up immediately. Called another store and that isn't common policy to just send back and keep your money.
