I cannot recommend Bridals By Cyndi enough. I first met Cyndi in April of 2024 at my first ever bridal dress appointment. I left that day booking my appointment to come back and buy my dress a week later. I picked up my dress in January of 2025. I was there today buying jewelry for my wedding tomorrow(I know waiting until the last minute is definitely not ideal) and now I am getting married tomorrow(May 17th, 2025). Her store is absolutely stunning, smells divine, and the dresses are even better! I have never seen such beautiful dresses. If you are looking for unique, well-made, and comfortable dresses this is the place to go! Throughout this entire process Cyndi has been nothing but kind, caring, generous, and honest. I truly wouldn't have wanted you to go through this process with anyone but her. Infinity/10 would always recommend. read more

The store itself is very comfortable and clean. The bridal gown selections is OK. I want to caution bridal gown shoppers to ensure they know what size is being ordered because when my daughter got married, she got measured by Cyndi and was quoted "I never measured a double zero size." However she put the order for the gown in as a size 2. When we picked the dress up, it was way too big and we saw it was a 2 and she told us "That's all the smallest size it came in" but my daughter quickly found online that it did indeed come in a size 0. Oversizing meant an additional $400+ in alterations to a seamstress that works with Cyndi. She was not apologetic about ordering the dress two sizes too big. I truthfully had one of the most disheartening bridal experiences I've had so far planning my wedding. First of all, I went to this salon last October right after I got engaged. We had another consultant (I can't remember her name but she wasn't the owner).. and she was fabulous. So nice and accommodating. This time I had Cyndi. We talked a couple of days before my appointment and I told her I needed a new dress due to me being unexpectedly pregnant before my wedding (I'm getting married in 3 months). She already rubbed me the wrong way on the phone when she asked me how pregnant I was and I said 4 months and she goes "wow and you're ALREADY showing?" Whatever. I ignored it. Well when I get into the shop all shes talking about how I'm already showing and how she'd have to order dresses so large (like 2-3 times my size) and literally talking about how huge I am TO MY FACE. (For the record I'm almost 16 weeks pregnant and I've only gained about 10 pounds this pregnancy and am not plus sized.) She had such a defeatist attitude basically like "well idk what we can do." I was already seething before I put on a dress and she could tell. She didn't help me put on ANY of the gowns. I had to wiggle into all of them by myself and she didn't offer to help me. She even had to ask me "well do you want me to clip it?" Like YES it's too big up top I want you to clip it. One I had a hard time getting on and I like gave her a look to try and help me and she was like "yeahhhh not gonna work." I had literally just come from an amazing salon where I was fitting into some 10's but mostly size 12 dresses. I told Cyndi that. Cyndi was putting me in dresses and like just basically being like "well it doesn't fit" without saying it. Again, had the worst attitude like she didn't even want to help me. She acted like the appointment was over before it even started. As a pregnant woman she made me feel SO self conscious about my body.. that's already changing enough as it is... and made me feel like absolute dog shit. for the record I'm all belly, she made me feel like I'm already looking 8 months pregnant and won't fit into anything. Cyndi is just downright rude. I immediately (like the minute I walked out of Bridals by Cyndi) drove back to the other salon and bought an amazing dress with amazing consultants. I wouldn't recommend this shop to ANYONE. read more

I came into Cyndi's store after having an appointment at another bridal store and not finding dresses I liked. I needed two dresses for my upcoming wedding (which is under 5 months away!!)- One for a local ceremony and one for our destination wedding. My appointment was on my birthday and I walked up to the store with a "Happy Birthday" welcome sign and they had a birthday cupcake for me! Cyndi and Jul couldn't have made my appointment any better!! They popped champagne, were so friendly, and listened to the styles I was interested in. In the end, I found both of my dream dresses!! If I could give Bridals by Cyndi more then five stars I would. My sister and I both found our dressses there (me first haha) and I felt that I rushed into my decision. Cyndi took time to sit down and talk with me about why I'm having second thoughts and is actually having a second appointment with me to try my dress on. I have serious body issues and cyndi was so kind and understanding about them. My wedding dress shopping experience at Bridals by Cyndi was beyond amazing! I can't reccomend this place enough!! This shop is gorgeous - plush carpets, cute decor with encouraging and witty signage, fun signs for your entourage to hold as you show off your gowns, and champagne and snacks readily available! The dress selection was different than anything else I have seen in other shops, which really made me feel like my dress was truly unique for me! Cyndi was patient, accommodating and helped guide me to the dress of my dreams. Her involvement and personal touch made the experience 10x more enjoyable. Bridals by Cyndi is the cutest bridal boutique. They put my name on a board in front of the shop to welcome me for my first appointment which made me feel special to begin with. I ordered my dress on impulse and left having serious dress regret for MONTHS and literally not sleeping. I messaged Cyndi to explain the situation and she was able to swap my dress out for another dress by the same stylist. I was finally able to sleep after this and my dream dress came in with plenty of time to spare for the wedding. 10/10 recommend having these lovely ladies help you find your dream dress ! read more

I just got my wedding dress here and my experience was amazing. The staff was very personable and made me feel so comfortable. They were very patient with the process and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. If you want a very personable and one on one experience this is the place to go. Cyndi is the best; she is so sweet and so knowledgeable with her experience. The atmosphere is what you make it, she gives you space if you want it or is very involved if you want that. Appointments were easy to make. The shop may look small but she has a ton of dresses and accessories in there so don't pass it up!! I was able to pick a veil and add a custom blusher super easily. The alterations were done by Sew Pretty, she comes to the salon to complete them and if you want, you can go to their studio in Haddonfield for the fittings. With giving every guest their due attention, there were some delays in my evening appointments for fittings. I never had a conflict so this didn't affect me but just a heads up to go with extra time buffered into how long it will take. Overall I would highly recommend this store! read more

We made an appointment at Bridals by Cyndi not expecting to purchase. The salon is by appointment so you have the total undivided attention of your consultant. Our family of 7 was alone in the shop. Summer was so patient and kind. She treated my daughter like a queen. She made great comments and suggestions and ultimately suggested trying on that perfect dress we had no vision to try on. It was perfect! We were neever rushed and spent 2.5 hours at our appointment! The day ended perfectly with a champagne toast for all of us (even OJ for my granddaughter) to celebrate saying Yes to the Dress! Don't hesitate to take a chance on this small intimate bridal salon. As a bridesmaid, I was hoping to schedule an appointment at Bridals by Cyndi for my future sister in law. I called the shop, and was rudely spoken to by Cyndi. I was told that "she doesn't speak to the bridesmaids and only takes requests by the bride". When I offered to put the bride on the phone she quickly changed the story and said "well we don't have any availability actually. But i can put her on a waiting list". In my opinion there is a way to say things and this wasn't it. Her attitude was nasty and sort of degrading. Well, i guess we will be looking elsewhere for a dress. Amazing, wonderful, supportive and helpful! I have had such a wonderful experience purchasing my dress and with the alterations. I purchased by dress after Thanksgiving and Samar was just friendly and wonderful. Let alone she gave me a glass of champagne! She saw my vision and was honest and gave the right feedback. I have since been there many times for alterations with Dora and let me tell you! She does magic! She is sweet, kind and amazing with the detailed works she has to do. I lost so much weight that she had to take the dress in and you would never know how much altering she had to do. She pays attention to detail is very attentive to what you want as well. My experience here was a complete nightmare, which is shocking considering her high reviews. Cyndi treated myself and my family like absolute garbage. Upon walking in, she didn't bother to introduce herself to my mother or mother in law. They reluctantly took a seat on the couch while she had me fill out a questionnaire. When she asked about my venue and I told her, she laughed and responded that it's the place she tells people to go if they're poor or are having a shotgun wedding. Very rude! She asked me what type of dress I wanted and I described the shape I'd like and which areas of my body I'd like it to be tight/loose. She responded frustrated, saying that she can't help someone who doesn't know anything about dress styles. Whatever. After pulling a few dresses for me she did nothing to make me feel comfortable as I stood there practically naked in her dressing room. She reluctantly helped me into a few dresses, and as I went out to show my family we all commented on what we did and didn't like about them/ the way they looked on me. I naturally assumed this would help her figure out what would be my perfect dress. Once alone with her again half naked in the dressing room, I tried on a new dress and commented that I really didn't like the way it fit my body. This mean, mean woman went on to tell me that my body is so weirdly and undesirably portioned that no dress she had could possibly look good on me. After a brutal body shaming, I found something I really liked. I didn't have a budget, but as I twirled around happily to show my family, she felt the need to comment that everyone shouldn't get too excited, because a body like mine meant an extreme alterations budget just for it to look semi-decent on me. She laughed about my body the entire time I was there. I still look in the mirror and notice the flaws I didn't realize I had all thanks to Cyndi. Back to the dress I loved... it was beige and I commented that I'd prefer a white dress despite living the fit and style. My mother in law asked Cyndi if the dress was available in white and Cyndi laughed in her face, saying she was living in the Stone Age and no wedding dresses are white today. So my mother in law pointed at the dress I was wearing and asked Cyndi what color she'd call that. Cyndi said beige. My mother in law pointed at a dress on the rack and asked Cyndi what color she'd call that. Cyndi said 'ivory'. So basically she had to show off her superiority for no good reason whatsoever. I found a dress I really liked there. It wasn't the one, but a good starting point. However, had it been 'the one' I would have happily went out of my way, even if it meant paying double, just to make sure this mean woman didn't get the sale. Unless you want snarkiness, body shaming, belittling, and general meanness from your wedding dress saleswoman, do yourself a favor. Learn from my mistake and avoid Bridals by Cyndi like the plague. Cyndi and Michelle helped me with my experience in a private shop! I had called in and described my wants to Cyndi who explained "We have just what you're looking for!". The sign outside the shop said "Welcome Jacquelyne" which was a nice touch. They pulled out all the stops and offered me wine or water right off the bat. They took some time to hear my wants and get a feel for my style and then they selected some dresses for me to try on. They also let me look around and pick any to try on that I wanted to. I literally didn't select any other dresses than the ones they chose for me. I was between two perfect gorgeous dresses and they ease my worry and helped me chose the dress that was most flattering and had all my wants and needs in one dress! They made me fee comfortable and important and I would recommend them to any bride looking for a modern, sexy, but still bridal gown! I had looked at so many places prior and nothing had captured my essence until going to Bridal's by Cyndi! My dress has everything on my checklist and I couldn't be happier! When I knew it was the one we popped some champagne in celebration, signed some papers, I put a deposit down and they even gave me a very appropriate cute gift and folder with all my papers. Amazing doesn't even begin to describe Cyndi and her beautiful dress selection. When I spoke to Cyndi over the phone I could tell I was speaking to someone who loved what they do. I told her my budget and what I was looking for and she knew right away the dress I would fall in love with. When I got to the store I was blown away by all the little details she put into welcoming my bridal party. She doesn't have a large dress selection which doesn't feel overwhelming at all and all the dresses are intricate and tasteful in a completely unique way. I do not know if it was profiled situations since my daughter is 23 and maybe she thought she was young. OMG I could not say enough good things about this place!! Seriously if are looking for a bridal gown look no further than Bridals by Cyndi. Cyndi and her team there are the most sweetest, genuine, helpful people ever. If it wasn't weird to invite Cyndi and Michelle to my wedding I would. The whole experience was so personable and exciting, just how looking for your dream gown should be. I thought shopping for a gown during the pandemic would not be as fun as it could be but they made sure it was here. Michelle truly wanted me to find a gown I loved and after trying on multiple gowns and her feeling as though I still wasn't finding what I was looking for, Michelle and Cyndi went above and beyond. I had my heart set on a long sleeve gown and when I had tried on a gown without sleeves that I really liked but wanted sleeves, within minutes Cyndi had the gown designers manager on speakerphone to try and see if they could make what I was envisioning. After a brief phone call Cyndi was able to bring my dream gown to life. She even went as far as to make sure that she will get the custom gown in as soon as possible because she figured Id be anxious to see the finished product. How gorgeous is this real bride?!? Despite the fact that Cyndi ordered her the wrong size and then sold her the sample dress barely discounted , despite the fact that the custom straps she paid for both broke before the ceremony even started, and despite the fact the bustle broke not even an hour into the reception. Nothing could make this real bride any less gorgeous. Now onto bridals by cyndi , not going to lie, our our first visit there I was impressed . Cyndi was kind , welcoming , and fun . We found the dress of this brides dreams . Then things changed. Cyndi ordered the dress two sizes too small and came up with every excuse in the book to cover up HER mistake. She then offered to discount the SAMPLE DRESS , a dress multiple other people had tried on , by a measly $300. Also stating she could not order another one and have it in time.We called around to other salons and they too were appalled by what was going on , and stated when they sell samples they are discounted by 50%. This had now become an unneeded stress on the bride due to CYNDI's mistake ! Most other salons stated they wouldn't have even told the bride about the mistake and would have gone out of their way to take care of it instead by rush ordering , driving to another salon that carried the correct size , calling the designer , etc . Instead bridals by Cyndi didn't want to take responsibility for their mistake. It was only when frustration and pushback was expressed that Cyndi offered any sort of compensation for her mistake . Although every time we went in for a fitting Cyndi couldn't even look this bride in the eye . There was never any sincere apologies. It's all about customer service , and to say it politely , the service here sucks when they mess up . In the end the day was about love and this bride was gorgeous regardless , but as for this bride and her 11 person bridal party , we will be sure to warn people before they shop at bridals by Cyndi, and they won't be getting any more referrals from us ( we sent numerous people here before the incident ) read more

One of my bridesmaids and I went into Cyndi's on a Friday morning. She welcomed us into what felt like her own little shop home (so cozy and beautifully decorated). I explained to Cyndi my struggles of having already been to 3 different salons and still had not found "the one". She listened to my likes and wants, and then she let me walk around and look and pull dresses. I was super pumped because at some of the other salons I was not allowed to do that. Cyndi offered my friend a lovely beverage as we looked around. It was amazing that it was only the three of us in the salon, and that it would stay that way! It was so relaxing! Long story short I tried on about 7 gorgeous gowns. I ended up picking one! Finally! Cyndi allowed me to facetime my mom and maid-of-honor to show off the pick, and even offered for them to come back another day with me so they could see it in person! After all was taken care of, Cyndi took the time to talk to my bridesmaid and I about both of our upcoming weddings and her business. It was lovely - and I can't recommend Cyndi's shop enough. While I didn't end up finding my dress here, this was hands down the BEST bridal appointment experience I had during the wedding dress shopping process (and I went to over 13 bridal salons in NJ and Chicago). I wish I could take Michelle to every appointment with me - she is the absolute BEST!!!! I showed her my pinterest pictures, she genuinely wanted to learn about me, my style, my wedding and my fiancé. We (my MOH, mother, and sister) could not stop talking about how great Michelle was - she was not only personable, friendly and made the process fun, but she was attentive and LISTENED! She absolutely nailed it with selecting dresses that matched my Pinterest pictures and personal style -- but didn't limit the selections to just that. I ended up finding out I liked new silhouettes and was able to rule out others (which, looking back I realized how important this is in the process). I felt comfortable, confident, and did not feel pressured at all. This made a huge difference in my entire dress shopping experience and I can't thank Michelle enough for that!!! read more

Having been in multiple weddings prior to mine and gone with the brides to try on dresses, I was seriously shocked by how beautiful the selection was at Bridals by Cyndi. Now, let's talk about Cyndi. She is incredibly kind, funny, genuine, and HONEST (which, if you're like me, you highly value when trying on dresses!). She was a joy to work with and made not only me, but my friends and family who joined me feel right at home. Where do I begin?! Cyndi, the owner, was an absolute joy to work with. She closes the entire salon for your appointment which was absolutely wonderful. She genuinely cares, observes and listens to you as you try on dresses. She was very calculated in the dresses she chose for me and, being the indecisive and crazy human that I am, she really was patient with me, which ultimately led to us finding the perfect Calla Blanche dress combination for me! All of her dresses in the shop are stunning and there is really no limit to how many you can try on. It was funny because every dress I chose for myself I hated, which goes to show you really can't go by how it looks on the hanger. Seriously, this was the most down to earth, comfortable and fun experience. Not once did I feel self conscious or anxious, which was awesome. Now that my wedding is over, I miss my appointments at Cyndis!! Since my first phone call checking to see if she carried a certain mikaella gown I was looking for, I knew this was where I was getting my dress. Cyndi and I talked for a while and she kept me in the loop about when this specific gown was coming in. When it did I spent more than enough time trying and retrying on the same few gowns trying to make my decision. There was no rush to get me out of the store or to make a decision. It was a personal and intimate appointment and it has been that way till my last fitting. Since there are 2 dressing rooms, you're always given individualized attention instead of being timed and rushed. Her selection is unique and deliberate with truly something for every bride. Her store is BEAUTIFUL and feminine and makes gown shopping feel luxurious as it should. I couldn't recommend Cyndis enough. She is the best! read more
