I don't even know where to start! I found Laura & Leigh as it's so close by, & loved how inclusive their shop is after checking out their Instagram. From setting up my appointment to leaving the store, everything about my experience was perfect. Gia was my consultant; when she found out this was my first time ever looking at dresses, she made me feel incredibly comfortable and less anxious. I didn't have a clear idea of what I wanted, and had my sister & mom pick out some options, while Gia picked a couple as well. She had thrown in a "wild card" as she put it, and it was the second dress I tried on. I'm telling you right now, she is magic -- I put that dress on and I just knew it was the one. After trying on a few more I went right back to that wild card -- Gia was so spot on and just knew what would work for me. I felt welcomed, validated, and never pressured to make a decision. I was so hopeful I'd find a dress my first appointment and am so overjoyed that happened. Gia and the rest of the team at LLB was absolutely amazing. Where do I begin? I booked with Laura & Leigh upon recommendation from a family friend. Then, I realized one of my besties got her dress here too! I am really self-conscious about my body so I went into this experience with a specific idea in mind to help me feel my best. Our appointment was with Natalie who is incredible and really put me at ease. She (and my mom) encouraged me to try a different silhouette which I surprisingly loved! My dream dress ultimately ended up being one that Natalie picked from the rack, which perfectly combined the elements I originally wanted, with the new features I learned that I loved that day. I brought my 2 aunts, mom, and mother-in-law, and I'll never forget the moment they all gasped and "aww-ed". We had found THE dress!! She never pushed me in one direction or another and let me take my time. Hi future brides! I went to Laura & Leigh Bridal to try on wedding dresses for my first time. I just have to say that the owner, Laura, made it an amazing experience! She fit right in with my bridal party and she was so sweet and patient with me. I picked out a few dresses that I thought I'd like and she picked out a few that she thought would look nice on me. I brought with me a picture that my dad had drawn a year ago of what I want my dress to look like. She used his drawing as inspiration and picked out dresses that were similar to it. It turned out that the dress I fell in love with was one of the dresses that she picked for me! I requested the VIP experience so I was able to bring my whole bridal party and we had the store to ourselves. Laura had cookies, candy, and drinks waiting for us! My bridal party said that they had such a great time! Even if you don't opt for the VIP experience, don't worry, because there will only be, at most, up to two brides in the shop at a time (including you)! If you're in the area, or even if you're not, I suggest coming here to shop for your dress! The shop also has plus size options and carries bridesmaid dresses in case anyone was wondering. read more

I could not have asked for a better experience shopping at Laura & Leigh. Kendra was my consultant and so unbelievably patient and helpful during the whole process! She listened to what I wanted, brought me dresses within the realm of what I was looking for, but also suggested other options I would not have considered. This turned out to be great and led me to my dream dress! Kendra was also super helpful in between appointments by sending email follow-ups, providing additional suggestions, and responding quickly to any questions I had. She also made sure to explain all my options to me with each dress I tried on, so I had a good idea of how I could customize each look. Laura & Leigh was the first store I tried dresses on and also the last. The store has plenty of options from multiple designers, along with plenty of accessory options, so you're definitely going to find something you like that fits your budget. I tried dresses on at 3 other boutiques in between my visits to Laura & Leigh, but none of them made me feel as welcomed or valued as a customer. I never once felt pressured into making a decision I wasn't ready for just so I could help make a sales quota. The entire staff is extremely welcoming and definitely makes sure to keep your best interest in mind. Definitely would recommend for any future bride! read more

If I could give Laura & Leigh more stars I would. It was the first and only dress shop that I visited. Everything was absolutely perfect. First, I want to say that Laura is AMAZING at her job - she has truly found her calling. I was not the easiest bride; I wasn't interested in much of the wedding tradition and so I was pretty indecisive about what I wanted. She worked with me prior to the appointment to hone in on my style, and helped me manage my crazy entourage during the appointment to make sure we stayed within budget and we tried on dresses that she knew I would like. During the appointment, she was extremely professional and efficient (we tried on so many dresses and so many of them needed to be clipped so that they would fit). Importantly, I never felt rushed - I knew if it came down to it Laura would continue to work with me until I truly felt satisfied with my decision. Luckily, the inventory was so amazing that it didn't take very long for me to find a dress! Laura also prides herself and her shop on body acceptance, so it really was a completely judgment-free zone. She will go above and beyond for you as a bride, I've sent several friends there since (including a bride with a last-minute dress issue needing a rescue) and ALL have come away so satisfied. The shop is ADORABLE. The atmosphere is relaxed, cute, and fun. You don't need to do a private experience but it was so fun to hangout with my entourage and have the shop to ourselves (along with champagne and snacks) - so I definitely recommend that route. I was SO happy with my dress. Every time I put it on, I glowed. My wedding ended up being scaled back to a micro-wedding because I am yet another pandemic bride, and the dress STOLE THE SHOW (see attached from Brittney Raine Photography). I started out my first trip shopping for my dress today at this bridal shop with my two best friends and mom. I had spoken to Laura over the phone and was looking forward to the trip immensely. It started out well and we even found a winner dress. My mom wanted my dad, a surgeon to return prior to buying the dress, which we fully intended to do. Although as soon as the salesperson heard we weren't buying at that moment (though we were making an apt) she basically kicked us out for another customer who "paid." We had only been in the store for 90 minutes max. It was so rude and honestly shocking. I was going to purchase my dress there but sadly will not be returning and neither will my friends when they get engaged. EDIT: Laura called me immediately after this post and profusely apologized. This was my first-ever bridal gown appointment and I was looking for something totally unique while not really knowing where to start. To plan a wedding is stressful, but when adding a global pandemic to the mix, it took that stress to a whole different level. Laura & Leigh Bridal were a godsend for me during this time. Before I found the bridal shop, I had previously had a zoom bridal meeting with a large corporation company and was left on my own with no help after being forced to purchase a dress just to try on. Luckily, my aunt lead me to Laura. We began with a zoom meeting where she was prepared to show me every dress that fit my wants for a gown, along with what would work for the climate for my destination wedding. She made the trying on of dresses simple during an unknown and unprecedented time for us both, with a credit card hold of a fraction of what large corporations charge. She also included the clips for fitting and another zoom meeting during the try on to make it as much of an in person experience as she could. I did this with the help of my aunt who did not have a full length mirror. I only saw my trial dresses through the zoom chat and pictures taken with my cell phone. I ended up saying yes to the dress, which brought me to tears. I then was told that Laura & Leigh Bridal was offering everyone who said yes to the dress during this time will be welcomed back after reopening to try on the dress again to receive the full experience and celebrate with family or friends. Laura was pure sunshine through these dark times and I would recommend her store to everyone I know forever! I can not say enough great things about Laura & Leigh! My overall experience from booking to purchase was absolutely amazing! I'll start with the fact that I'm the most indecisive person ever...I'd been wedding dress shopping for a few months now and STILL hadn't found the dress. I saw L&L on instagram and mentioned to my bridesmaids that i wanted to make an appointment. They said they heard great things about L&L so it was a go. Making my appointment went smoothly, they found me a spot next day! Day of i came in and was greeted by the most friendly staff ever! Then introduced to my bridal specialist Gia. Gia, literally is my god send!!! She helped me in ways i could never thank her more for! She was so thorough, knowledgeable, understanding and caring. I feel like when describing what i wanted i gave her a unicorn!!! We talked, looked around pulled a few dresses. She was so helpful and uplifting while i was trying on my picks. I still hadn't found "the one". I was feeling even more defeated....she took that and ran. Knowing the unicorn i described, Gia went on the floor and she picked a dress ...i was reluctant but tried it. THIS was my dress!!! I cried immediately, i just knew ! The stylists are brilliant, they read your body language and expressions to understand your style and pick dresses for you to try. They truly want to help you find YOUR gown. I had a phenomenal experience here and walked away with a beautiful dress. It was a tough decision because there were several dresses I really liked. The one I ended up buying was one that my consultant Michela had actually selected after feedback I'd given about some of the things I had tried on. She reviewed my Pinterest board, listened, and really steered me in a wonderful direction. Her help was invaluable. It's the little details that Michela really paid attention to; she would clip on the dresses that were a little bigger with great care and attention so I could see what the fit would accurately look like in my size. This was not something I experienced at all of the other bridal salons I had visited, so it was difficult to make heads or tails of whether or not I liked a dress because it would bunch strangely. Laura & Leigh was the absolute best place to shop for a gown. Their salon is clean and inviting, and all their bridal styles are current. Kylisha was amazing; no pressure, quick to understand what I was looking for, and so supportive during the process. I came in with a cape (!!!) I had already purchased and Kylisha worked with me to find a gown that matched perfectly! The salon was very flexible, letting me pop in and try on "the dress" 3 times before I said yes!
