Coming into the shop is like a spa experience - it is so calm and relaxing and both Jamie and Jennifer are the absolute sweetest. I am so happy that I found my dress at BBTF as I feel it truly is the best place for bridal in Cleveland and it means a lot when the staff is trustworthy, kind and amazing to work with. As a bridesmaid in a friends wedding, I was told to use this store to place my order for my dress. I let the bride know that the price of the dresses here we're more expensive than the stores in the city I live in. When I called the store to ask them to at least price match them, they told me they would give me a call back after they talked to the owner. At that point, they called the bride and proceeded to blame the size of the store for their inability to have competitive prices. After not receiving a call from the store, the bride called me to explain the situation. I just gave up at that point and called the store to place the order when I was told that they were with a customer and they would give me a call back. More than three hours pass before I finally receive a call back. I originally wanted extra length on my dress but the woman on the phone forgot to put that in my order. I didn't care at this point. I wasn't told an expected date of arrival or any details. This was a completely horrible experience. The lack of professionalism was baffling. I'm sure the bride in my party had a good experience but I could NEVER recommend that someone use the services of this store based on experience. I would try to deter people from going to this store. The store could have easily made things right by matching the competitive price, calling me back with answers and not trying to make the bride be in the middle of it, and handling the entire situation with more professionalism. read more

After trying on what felt like hundreds of dresses at Bridal Boutiques in the greater Cleveland area, I came over to Brides by the Falls. Thank God I did!! They had a fantastic selection of dresses in a variety of price ranges. Don't worry, they aren't one of those stores that has SO many dresses you can't even process them. I explained what I was looking for, and Jennifer helped me find a few dresses to try... and what do you know? I found the perfect dress! They provide excellent service, and make you feel very comfortable. They are honest, and want every bride to be happy with their purchase. I also ordered my bridesmaid dresses through them, and they made that process very easy and smooth. I highly encourage all brides to check this place out for a wedding dress. read more

I'd recommend Brides by the Falls to anyone. I've always loved driving by the display windows, so when I started planning my wedding, I went here first. The entire experience was wonderful. I stopped in with no appointment - in ripped jeans and a t-shirt - intending to just browse. The owner, Jennifer, could have easily dismissed me out of hand, but instead was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. She gave me her full attention, and really took the time to ask lots of questions to identify my budget, personal style, and what would work best for my wedding. We then walked through the store together and she pulled various options for me. For a relatively small store, I was delighted by the variety of dresses she carried, from ballgowns to simple sheaths and custom-made couture to affordable ready-made. I tried on at least 10 different dresses, and Jennifer never made me feel rushed or pressured. She was a great extra pair of eyes to help decide what would be the most flattering and was honest when a dress didn't work for me. I live across the country, and Jennifer was also amazingly accommodating about scheduling fittings and alterations to meet my limited in-town availability. (Not to mention promptly responding to my random questions, e.g., when I couldn't remember what exact shade of white my dress was.) Shopping with Jennifer feels like chatting with a dear friend. Ultimately, she helped me find a dress that I love and can't wait to wear. I'm definitely sending my bridesmaids here. read more

DO NOT ORDER YOUR BRIDESMAID DRESSES HERE. As a recent bridesmaid in one of their vendor's (Bill Levkoff) dresses, I had to spend an exorbitant amount of money getting the dress they ordered based on my professionally taken measurements altered to remove 3-4 sizes from the dress. I spent over $150 on alterations alone with other bridesmaids spending $200. None of the bridesmaids dresses fit well with people spending at minimum $50 on alterations. One dress arrived with a dark smear on the sash and the business refused to do anything about it. I called to complain about my terribly fitting dress to Jennifer and Jamie at Brides by the Falls and at first just got justification of why they ordered that size. Jamie spent 10 minutes explaining that she did everything right despite my incredible dissatisfaction and did not provide an apology until after I asked her if she was going to apologize for this incredibly large problem. The owner did call me back once but never returned my subsequent 2 voicemails and 2 emails asking for the situation to be remedied. I requested a refund for the amount I spent in alterations (less than the $200 dress itself) and they put all of the responsibility on me as the customer. Please note their policy states that they do not make any refunds, do any exchanges, take ANY responsibility for sizing (even though they measured most other girls in the wedding party whose dresses did not fit) or for issues with the dresses once delivered. They really didn't care whatsoever about this terrible experience. Ladies, brides, bridesmaids, mothers of the bride, mothers of the groom, anyone dress shopping - DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS. They will provide you horrible customer service and take absolutely no responsibility for the poor performance of their third party vendors, their poor sizing, or their employee's "expertise" as they coach you in making your orders. Spend your money elsewhere as the quality of service here almost feels like a scam as they often do in-house alterations for brides maids forcing you to spend a lot of money to get sizes removed. There are plenty of other designer bridal boutiques - don't go to this one unless you want to flush money down the toilet and get upset in the process. read more

I had the BEST dress shopping experience here! Jamie and Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my dress. They made my mom and I feel extremely special, and they truly showed us the best customer service. We had SUCH a great experience here this past weekend! Jamie helped us and was absolutely wonderful! (Jen was great too!) Jamie listened to what the bride thought she wanted, let her try on tons of different styles, and had great advice/suggestions for tweaking certain dresses or veils. The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly, with no rushing or hard-sell tactics. (can't say the same for other shops?) We were allowed to take pics which is actually very helpful! They seem to have a lot of bridesmaid dresses as well, which is nice! Highly recommend as your first stop!!! read more
