What a fun spot! The brewery was throwing a derby party for the Kentucky Derby and people were dressed up . I love this brewery. I should, because I love the brewers. Nathan, whom I have known for nearly 20 years -- first as a badass raft guide at Rivers Resort, is one of my dearest friends. I've been to Browns-Steelers matchups in both Cleveland and Pittsburgh with Nate and his brother (and business partner) Adam, and cannot say enough good things about either of them. And they brew damn good beer. I love how they've become an integral part of the Fayetteville community, hosting amazing fireworks displays and mountain bike races, participating in golf tournaments, and basically bending over backwards to help out any event that would benefit from great beer. Gah! I didn't take photos when we were here, but this place was so cute! A really nice outdoor area with a fire pit- very relaxing! We already had dinner when we visited so didn't try their food truck, but it looked good! My boyfriend enjoyed one of their sours & I had their made in house root beer! Another random brewery discovery while in the are for some camping/rafting. The evening was ideal to enjoy their outdoor-only seating with a flight and a pint. They had a gorgeous patio with firepits with surrounding seats and barrel-tables if you preferred to stand. The flight was right in both pricepoint and beer selections, and both the staff and patrons were fun, friendly, and welcoming. This was a cute little brewery near the north side of new river gorge national park. We were looking for a beer after a day of hiking and decided to make a quick stop. The brewery is exclusively outside- there is no indoor seating or AC. The bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable about the beer. We had a few flights and thought the beer was ok, they definitely had a good variety. The white water wit was by far my favorite. Overall a chill place to hangout and grab a beer. This is a great, rustic place to visit when you are in the area. It has a covered patio area and bar. There is a large, open area with picnic tables and a fire pit. The day I was here there was a food truck in the parking lot. There is a nice variety of beers to try. Husband really liked the Mountain Mamma. As for myself, I chose to try their root beer. It was excellent and the best I have had in a long time. I enjoyed 2 large glasses and would definitely recommend it for anyone who is the designated driver. Such a pleasant surprise to stumble across this place after a long day exploring the hills and byways. The brewery has been around for a while, but this tasting area is relatively new. It is an enclosed patio space with wooden walls, ceilings and beams, wooden tables and chairs, much of which from locally sourced wood. There are also outdoor tables and chairs, as well as a food truck providing meals based on barbecue. All the employees were super friendly, with special kudos going to Jenny, who curated a fine tasting of pints. Picture a warm day, sitting in a rooved patio type area, with a mild breeze blowing through. If I get to design my own heaven, part of it might be just like this. read more

Had a phenomenal beer - the Gose they recently released. I liked it so much I bought a six pack to bring home. There was a taco company selling chicken, shrimp, cauliflower, and sweet potato tacos as well as an absolutely delicious elote on site. All of the seating is outdoors which was very COVID-safe but a bit tough since we were there on a cold rainy day. They are in the midst of building a stage and plan to host concerts in the future.
