His medical team has asked for accommodations for his chrinic illness she has done nothing but been causing emotional distress. He wants to keep working to keep his life insurance for our family. Yet the supervisor goes out of her way to threaten his job constantly. Again, he has made 6 layoffs. They are heartless and do not value hard work. As soon as he is out of 5 day hospital stays he goes straight back to work. The HR is not helping him. It is so sad.

This is one of the few US Bank locations that hasn't permanently closed during the pandemic. All…read moreover the city, branches of other banks are opening, and yet US Bank has had to close so many locations. In need of cash while in Tigard area, I went to 2 locations only to arrive at abandoned buildings. Remembering this location in SW Barbour next to A-Boy, I was relieved they are still open. There is a US Bank pole in the parking lot, but the building is completely unmarked! No bright blue US Bank brand color; instead a very PNW styled building. Even has some pretty cool artwork - blue fir trees - adorning the front of the building between the two ATMs and the front door. ATMs were in working order. And the reps inside were also friendly And efficient. Plenty of parking and easy access to and from I-5.

Too bad there is no rating. The branch ATM took my debit card, which then jammed. I couldn't get…read morethe card out. I hadn't even been asked for my PIN, it was just stuck. Couldnt cancel, clear or enter, it just kept asking me to insert my card. I had to go in the branch and ask for them to get my card out so I could use the other atm there and they were "too busy" to find someone to unlock it. (I use this ATM all the time, bc it's by my house but it's not my bank.) Anyway. No one can be bothered to get my card. Now I'm late, don't have cash, and have no way to get cash bc the machine still has my card. They tell me there is no way to know how long the wait will be (??) for someone to check the machine. I tell them, I'm scared to leave the card wedged in there bc, you know, it's MY DEBIT CARD. They say, don't worry, we'll call you. I leave my number on a post it. I'm back 45 minutes later to get my card. No one has bothered to check the machine and they say, "there is no card there now. Maybe you didn't put your card in?" I think I'm going to have a stroke bc this means what I think I means, some random person now has my debit card. The employee confirms what I am thinking, saying, incredibly, "Maybe it came out the next time a person tried to use it. You should probably call your bank and cancel it." Hands down the most unprofessional, careless, hopeless, indifferent customer service I've ever experienced. I'm now waiting 7 days for a new card and have to change all my online pay stuff bc I have a new account now. Absolute nightmare of what should have been a 30-second affair.
