I had the pleasure of working with Ashley and Kelly recently to sell my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. They came to my house and made the process extremely easy. I handed them the keys and they handed me my equity check and paid off the lien holder directly. I will work with them again in the future! I would be careful when buying from here since there is a very high chance this was a known issue and the check engine light had recently been reset.

After that I decided to let the owner know that I was in the market for a second used car. It took a while but we found one. He replaced the engine in that car and during the shakedown phase there were a few slight problems. The owner went over and above the call of duty and out of his way to fix every problem. They assured me it would be reliable as that was the only reason I was getting a car but after only having the vehicle for 4 days, the check engine light came on. When I called they said they would pay half which actually ended up being me paying 100 dollars more than half which was ok at the time because I was grateful they helped in a way. Still very frustrating. Now it has been a few more weeks, haven't had the car for a month, haven't even used the full tank of gas, and I had to take it back to the shop again with an extra 300 dollars cost. In total I've spent close to 1 thousand dollars on fixing this car out of pocket on what was supposed to be a reliable car. Didn't bother contacting them again because the last time I did, they were stressing I brought the car "as is" and this is very upsetting for me, especially since I work 12 hour night shifts and had to stay up bringing the car in the shop twice when I should've been sleeping for work. I'm writing this because I don't want someone to make the same mistake I did and at least bring someone of your own to look at the car you want before purchase.

Except the first time I met her in a PNW downpour the windshield wiper flapped uselessly like a limp handshake. Replacing the wipers was contractual. Basic safety. A correction to meet the State's prim-and-proper dress code. Still met with a laissez-faire attitude. When I picked her up, her glasses were still broken. I took the fix into my own hands--parts shop on the way home, a couple of tenners, a little elbow grease, done. Next up, the key fob. The emergency key was missing, the kind of detail that only matters when it matters. I brought it up, like an old lover who still believes a wrong turn should end with a nightcap and an apology. Instead, it turned from good cop to bad cop faster than a red carpet turns into a doormat. Then Murphy made a house call. The battery went low. She wouldn't let me in, like a partner who caught me gambling with the rent money. I used my one free call to get a locksmith to bail me out. Time and money burned on something promised on the first date. Next the check engine light blinked into life like it couldn't wait to hand me a bill and a lecture. Still loyal, I went back to them instead of the brand shop off the two one seven. One tip slipped across the bar after another. The engine is broken and the warranty won't cover it because it's not broken enough Do NOT buy an extended warranty with these guys. You'll get screwed and not in a nice way. I'm having a lawyer investigate this. What carmax did is pretty shady so I might be able to get them reported to the bbb and fined.

T&C is the real deal. Ashley and Kelly were very professional and courteous and are not your run of the mill car sales folk. Each dealer I went to for my 07 Camry kept low-balling me. And with every dealer, when I suggested a different starting amount for negotiations, they kept giving me the - "we won't make any money off of your car, we're just going to sell it at an auction" - as if they were doing me a favor by taking it off my hands. But when I got in touch with T&C, they came out to where I lived, did the appraisal right then and there, and offered me a fair price much higher than the dealers. If you've been insulted by dealership trade-in offers and do not want the hassle of selling your car yourself, T&C is the place to go. After two dealers gave me laughable offers I prepared to sell my car myself. To determine value, I went to Kelley Blue Book where I discovered and tried the KBB Instant Cash Offer Program. This resulted in a quick email from T&C. While their pitch sounded good, I was still hesitant after my negative experiences. I'm glad Ashley stayed in contact. I was admitted to grad school out of state with only a month's notice to move, and my car couldn't come with me. Fastest way to see your car is with T&C Auto Network! They were great to work with and made the process seamless. They were able to meet me at my work to assess my car and then offered me more than the KBB offer on the spot. The entire process from start to finish was 3 days with them picking up my car at my house. Would highly recommend using them in the future when looking to sell your car. read more

This was probably the best car selling experience I've ever had. T&C made the process super easy with no stress. Not only did they buy one car but they bought two of my cars. They offered me more than any dealer was able to offer me and they paid off both car loans right away. I will definitely use T&C again. If you need to sell a car, this is the place to go. Ashley and Kelly made the whole process so incredibly easy and quick. And they paid us well above the Kelly Blue Book estimate, just like they said they would. And then they went above and beyond and gave us advice on purchasing another used car. I haven't actually sold a car to these guys, but they have come out to appraise my car after I submitted a request through kbb. They've actually come to my house twice, for two different cars. They were professional and helpful each time, not pushy as I was kind of expecting. Seems like a good company. read more
