If I could give no stars I would. In a nutshell my Vinyl gate has rusted from the top to the bottom, yep suppose to have been a 100% Vinyl gate, it's horrible and they refuse to replace it or even fix it and the warranty from the manufactured Superior Universal Vinyl will not honor the warranty. I have had my gate for about 7 years now, Vinyl gates are supposed to last for about 20-30 years a good 100% Vinyl Fence. Let me just say they tried to say it was from the dogs urinating on it, sorry no dogs. Do your research before purchasing a Vinyl from any Fence Company. My hard earned money down the drain. So if you review Cindy Response to my problem, you have gotten your answer to their customer service, and let me just say again 100% Vinyl gate is suppose to last more then 8 years. People please do your research before hiring them, and yes I did call about the broken Hinge which they tried to fix once and they wanted to charge me $350, but when I complained her response was, I don't think we can make you happy, she told me to find someone else, until I noticed how bad the rust was on the gate because we do not use that side of the gate, 8 years as Cindy put it, so what she was really saying is 8 years for a gate that I paid $3,400 is not a long time, if that was the case no one would buy a Vinyl Gate. Like I said horrible horrible customer service and let me also say, she never ever tried to resolve the problem, I kept making all the phone calls to get a returned phone call, and also she referred to the Dog messing up the gate which I do not have because I reported to the Better Business Bureau and that is what she told them. read more

This company does shoddy work. We had our fence put in a year ago. During installation the job kept getting pushed out for many excuses, one being that the guy who paints their fences was unavailable. After a month of back and forth we finally got the fence up. Just a few months later the latch to our gate snapped off. They took care of this for us within a couple of days. However, the new latch was also installed crooked so it scratches every time you try to open or close the gate. Fast forward to now, since the heavy rain a few weeks back, our gate is RUSTING! All over. The caps to the top of the gate and all around the edges. What kind of professional fencing company puts in a metal gate that rusts when it rains? We tried calling and they haven't returned our call. Completely unprofessional. Would NOT recommend. read more

They ruined my relationship with my neighbor because they were careless and cut the roots of agree that ended up falling on my neighbor's side. We called them and every time they were gonna call us back and it never happened. The fence looked good on my side, but his side was ruined. My neighbor had an arrangement of stones and they removed all with the old fence. They fixed my side, but not my neighbor's. Needless to say, my neighbor hates my guts now, all thanks to these shady company. I got tired of leaving messages and never getting a call back. I recommend Bridge Fence Inc. You don't get a second chance for a first impression and with that being said, I was throughly impressed with the work they did for my brother-in-law. They were recommended to me because of their workmanship and excellent customer service. I spoke with both Cindy and Savannah who set up the work order. Savannah took the measurements and let me know when the installers could do the work. I agreed to the price which I found to be reasonable and set up a date for the installation. On day 1 the posts were set and it was recommended they return a week later to allow the concrete/post to set correctly. A week later the installers arrived and I was impressed at the speed they set up my chain link fence with privacy slats. The installers were all down to earth and friendly. They completed the job in a timely manner and I also ordered a remote control/solar gate opener. Within a few minutes it was installed and operational. I had 5ft privacy fence installed to enclose front and back yard with several gates installed in each and about 600 ft of 6ft chain link installed to finish completely fencing my 2.5 acre lot. This is a family owned business and I got numerous positive recommendations from local residents prior to contacting them. I had 3 different companies come out for estimates. We used Bridge Fencing to cross fence a portion of our backyard. They did a great job from start to finish. They came within a day after me calling to give me my estimate and then came within the same week to do the first step in my fencing. They returned 10 days or 2 weeks after the first step to complete the fence. I had to wait a little longer than normal to finish up the fence because I had my fence installed in the dead of winter and it took longer than normal for the concrete to harden. But after the job was completed, I have been nothing but satisfied and happy with my new fence and the job they did. I will definitely be using Bridge Fencing in the future. Savanna came out a few weeks ago to take measurements and sent me an estimate and diagram. The diagram didn't look correct so we took measurements ourselves and discovered the front fence to the rolling gate was off by 22 feet! I phoned her twice and sent 2 emails. I wanted clarification on the measurements, as well as, an itemized breakdown of the price for the dog wire and why concrete runners needed to be poured. I am still waiting for her to respond. I am in need for a divider fence to help stop the messy people trash that live next door to me , from being blown into my yard. I went on Bridge Fence website and left a message after a week no one responded. So I called and spoke to a live person, I gave her all the dimensions needed for the fence she took down information stated that she would call me back. Waited 2 weeks for a rep to come out and assess and quote, 'bob' seemed disinterested but agreed provisionally about work needed, waited another 8 days for the quote, which was not what work we had talked about. Phoned office....and had to have quote reassessed 'thats not what she had',....wait another week.. no reply..phoned again, and told can only do work from first quote (cost of £1000, work we needed would have been a lot more) and told i need to do ground work before the could come out again to re-quote, there's another 2 weeks then 10 more weeks if they excepted. Less than one star. This company is slow to respond and even slower to Complete a job once started. Our bid from them was good, however they would never commit to a completion date. But when trying to iron out the details of the contract, the lady on the phone got very defensive and hard to work with and blamed it on problems she has had with other customers in the past. We inquired about a new fence for our newly purchased home early last year and the owner was available the next day for a quote. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and he gave us a quote on site. His quote was slightly less than the other 2 local quotes and he was willing to do more (take down the existing wood fence and get rid of it, etc.). Unfortunately our financial situation changed and we were unable to do the fence right then, but the ladies in the office kept in contact with us and as soon as we were able to swing it, they worked it all out! The installers were very professional and the fence looks great!! The ladies in the office were so friendly and communication was clear and accurate! We moved into our new construction home in Oct 2020 and this gate was put in with the house. Since literally day one we've had issues with the electrical gate, it doesn't want to open all the way. Sometimes it doesn't open at all. We've had people come out to fix it multiple times, we even had to pay a 95 dollar fee recently to have someone come out to 'fix' the problem just to have it not work a few hours later. We have called bridge fence to check for the warranty and it's been 4+ weeks with still no word from them. Our gate is now off the chain and we have to do it by hand. It unfortunate that this business doesn't care about their quality work or their costumers. They said our option would be to pay 3000 dollars to put a better motor since they used a very cheap motor that has been 'known' to not work well & stop working completely after a short amount of time, according to one of the guys that came out to fix it. I had about 250' of 6' chain link installed and two single swing 14' gates, November 2018. I was happy with install and their price was competitive. I thought they did a good job and it looked good; waited a bit for the install but not too long (2 1/2 or 3 weeks?). Two months later, after we had more than normal rainfall, both gate posts were leaning over about 3" from plumb at the top, so neither gate would come even close to latching closed. A separate issue that started before the posts starting leaning was that both gates were also sagging, and when I tightened the tension rod to reduce the sag to get the gates to latch properly and look right, the pressure caused a noticeable bow in the bottom pipe of each gate. Eventually the tension rod nut thread's stripped on one gate. I am using a ratchet strap to pull one of the posts straight up enough for the gate to latch and had to do some serious adjusting on the other gate and added two extra nuts on the tension rod to get it to latch. I contacted them on Feb 1st, and then quite a few times since and they still haven't fixed it OVER FIVE MONTHS AFTER I FIRST CONTACTED THEM about the problem. They have many times said they would be out to fix it, including one time telling me I was next on this list. Joe and the office staff keep mentioning that I put gate openers on each gate and that contributed to the problem...I am not sure if that is the case but one thing I DO KNOW, I told them I was going to put openers on each gate before they even gave me an estimate, while going over the details of the estimate...and again the day of the install...so, if the openers are part of the problem, IMO they should have done the install in such a way as to prevent the posts from leaning...and design and fabricate gates that don't sag to the point of bending the tubing. Sure would like to be able to recommend them but at this point I can't. read more

This company did vinyl fencing for our home. They did a great job with the fence, I would give them 5 stars for the work. But their customer service is a 1 star. When we first met Cindy, we asked how long it would take to build the fence since we needed it ASAP. She told us they would come in a couple weeks, do the first half, then come back a week later and finish it. Seemed great. Well actually they started it 6 weeks after the consultation. Then finished it after 2 more weeks exact. The contract was signed before we moved in and we lived at our new house for a little over a month before the fence was completed. It took a lot of calling before we even got a date for them to come start the fence. When they finished the first half they told us they would come back in a week to finish. Almost 2 weeks had passed so my mom called them multiple times for days. Cindy kept saying she'd call back once she asked her husband but she never would or she would ignore my mom's calls. My fiancé called, she answered right away, and she was very rude and defensive. She told us she'd call in 2 days to let us know, but yet again we were the ones that had to call her. We wouldn't have been in a hurry if we didn't have 3 dogs, but we do, and Cindy told us it would get done sooner than it ended up being, so it was disappointing. Not how she should be treating paying customers. However, Cindy's husband and workers are great, they came early both times and did a great job with the fence. They did a better job than the fence that's originally put up and their material is better quality as well. I would've given a better rating for the work done, but considering how long it took for the fence to be completed and how unprofessional Cindy is, this is the rating we give them. read more
