There is sooooo much to say about BridgeMill Dentistry, all of it good! I am 70 years old, I go back to when going to a Dentist was AWEFUL ! Not now, I faithfully, go to Christina to have my cleanings twice a year, and my other two cleanings with my Periodontics! Have faith, we can actually keep our teeth! My visit yesterday (06/04/2018) was with Christina my Dental Hygienist, who I hold in the highest regard and am totally comfortable with :-)!!!! However, my Dentist is Dr. Merritt and he was not available yesterday, when they realized that, the office called and asked me if I wanted to reschedule my appointment. I hesitated a moment, I must confess because I wasn't sure I wanted a different Dentist checking my mouth! (old age and a matter of trust). No worriers, I was seen by Dr. Mathews Dimassi, who checked my teeth after my cleaning! I can truly understand why Dr. Merritt and Dr. Cox welcomed him into their practice, Dr. Dimassi is just as professional! read more

Our entire experience with BridgeMill Dentistry was excellent. Love the online patient forms so everything can be answered before the visit. Office is beautiful, tidy, and clean. My daughter enjoyed her time with her very thorough dental hygienist as well as her exam with Dr. Cox. Sincerely appreciate the time he took to explain the work that needs to be done on DD teeth and the no rush approach. I was relieved to learn they use composite fillings instead of amalgam. The front office staff are all knowledgable, professional and very helpful as well. Bringing my son next week as well so I'm hoping to make this our new family dentist. BridgeMill Dentistry's staff was friendly and professional. The dental hygienist was gentle, explained to me what she was doing and why when I asked, and sought to get to know me. The dentist was professional, friendly, and spends more than 2 minutes with me at the end of a cleaning. He saw and asked me about something in my mouth that I forgot had occurred. He explains options for fixing issues and provide his recommendation of which options to pick with the goal to balance saving me money and taking care of my mouth. This experience has repeated every time I've gone to this business. I recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist for adults. I haven't experienced how they are with children because I haven't brought a child here. read more

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Merritt for our dental needs since 2004. The support staff and hygienists are always so nice & helpful. To be completely honest, what I like most about this practice is that they will not recommend any procedure unless it is absolutely necessary. I really like Dr. Merritts's philosophy of watching areas that may be an issue eventually. Instead of addressing small issues that he finds immediately, he will watch it (unless you find it bothersome) until it absolutely needs to be addressed, and sometimes that takes years. Dr. Merritt, and the rest of the staff at BridgeMill Dentistry are amazing. I was a patient there for many years and then had to switch providers (for reasons completely out of my control). I've just returned to the practice after a three year hiatus, and I'm happy to report that things at BridgeMill are better than ever. The staff is friendly, helpful, and trustworthy - and the care provided is second to none. I should also point out that I drive nearly 40+ minutes (from my home in Atlanta to go to this practice. Bridgemill Dentistry is the best of the best. Take it from someone who has EXTREME dental anxiety, Dr. Merritt and the entire staff are exceptional. The front office is so pleasant, caring and professional, they make you feel valued as soon as you walk in the door. The office is beautifully designed, feels very clean with new equipment. Dr. Merritt is a true professional with a calming presence. He will never try to push unnecessary procedures on you and understands dental procedures can be cost prohibitive for some, or in my case down right scary :). Bridgemill Dentistry is an excellent practice. The staff there have wonderful customer service and have always been willing to answer any questions I may have. The dental hygienists are personable and professional, and my dentist, Dr Dimassi, is one of the best dentists I've ever received care from. One of the best dental experiences I have ever had!! Dr. Merritt is super nice, polite, very professional, makes you feel comfortable, he takes his time explaining the situation and why the suggested treatment is necessary. This place is fantastic. I would question Alex P's review about this place being the worst dentist in the area. I'm not saying Bridgemill Dentistry in infallible, but it seems highly unlikely this dentist would make a mistake of that magnitude and then not stand behind their work.
