New to town and they were recommended by insurance. I've always been scared of dentists but they made it very welcoming and were approachable. Teeth cleaning was done so gentle and the first time i didn't leave with my gums hurting. Thankful to have found a good dentist in our new city. read more

Without a doubt, the worst dental experience I have ever had. At my last cleaning, I was advised an old silver filling was breaking down, and they recommended replacing the filling before it became an issue. This was a simple restoration. Because of their negligence, I have now had pain for over 6 weeks, and have been advised by another practice that if it does not resolve, I will need a root canal. I had no pain prior to services rendered. Their 'simple treatment' has resolved in multiple dental visits, pain, headaches, and an inability to chew on one side of my mouth. In fact, upon follow up with Cherokee Family Dental, they misdiagnosed the issue. Patient care is non-existent. The dental office is more interested in turning a high volume of patients instead of quality of care. 1 star is too high for this joke of a practice. read more

Nice people but be careful on getting estimates on dental work I needed a crown & was given an estimate, made my decision on that estimate later they told me I owed over $600 on crown. Talked to Mgr. about it & she said I still had to pay. Not to good on their estimates. read more

I drive all the way from East Cobb I pass numerous dental practices but would never go to another . Myself and my kids just love this practice they make a trip to the dentist office as pleasant as possible ;) very efficient caring and accommodating , great dentists and you don't feel like you are just a number . Very clean office and relaxing atmosphere already referred few of my friends and co workers and they too loved it . Also compared their prices to other practices very reasonable . Cherokee Family Dental rocks! I drive all the way from Alpharetta, and pass many, many dental practices...but I will continue to go to Cherokee Family Dental! Their service is amazing, the doctors are professional, courteous, and explain everything thoroughly!
