Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up communication from her. On Monday, April 14th--just one day before the filing deadline--I contacted the office and was informed that Ms. Parks was not present and her availability was unknown. A representative assured me that a message would be relayed to her to call me back urgently. I also contacted the customer service line, where another representative scheduled a call with Ms. Parks for Tuesday, April 15th (the tax deadline). Regrettably, Ms. Parks failed to return my call on Monday and did not honor the scheduled call on Tuesday. Melissa Parks demonstrated a concerning level of unprofessionalism and unreliability. She neglected to provide even a brief communication to inform me that she would not be completing my return. Her failure to fulfill her responsibilities placed me under significant and unnecessary stress, scrambling to meet the filing deadline at the last minute. I cannot recommend her services based on this experience.

We worked with Robert at this location and he proved to be efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything step by step, making sure that we understood where we were in the process and inviting us to keep in touch with him over the coming weeks to make sure that things were correctly processed. It took quite a while to get our refund, but that's due to our individual circumstances - certainly not the fault of the company. My only complaint is that the service itself is pricey - but that's the price that you pay for professional help, I suppose. Our pain will be eased somewhat, knowing that we can deduct the preparation fees off of our taxes this year. Will we use this location again this year? Most likely.
