But after two and a half months I was not feeling better, I got a MRI on my own showing a torn L5 as well as other issues, and only after another expensive package they requested spine decompression, which I was never told they had at this location. I asked one of the doctors if he saw the MRI I brought in and he told me no. Since I paid out of pocket about 7K. I felt broke and defeated. How can you not look at someone's MRI who could barely stand? To this day still spamming me with postcards, phone calls etc. Dr. and staff told me it was procedure. No remorse no explanation
