Double billed. Double booking. I was a patient there for several years. But that was all they get. I would rather go to the DMV for medical care. In fact, the people at the DMV are nicer. I had an appointment, arrived before time, sat in the waiting room for 42 minutes past my appointment, and was told to contiune to wait when I asked what was wrong. I had to get back to work. If I had been 42 minutes late for the appointment they would have moved on, and billed me for the missed appointment. read more

I am a 53 yld disabled military veteran that has been in the medical field for 35 years. I have been deployed internationally taking care of foreign nationals, prisoners and our own civilian populace. My life has been centered around treating people as you would want your family members to be treated. My wife established care with the Dr. Bridgett Bellinger's office as her primary care manager under our Humana Military policy. I was also placed under Dr. Bellinger's office with her being my PCP. I never established care officially with her as I am seen at the local VA Hospital. I have an 80% rating and get full coverage free of charge. Recently, my health has taking a turn for the worst with a few problems I need specialist appointments to address. The only way I can get a referral would be to have a new patient appt with Dr. Bellinger. I had an appointment at 3:30 yesterday which I was 3 minutes late for. I spoke to the front desk personnel which informed me that I was late and possibly would not be seen. The office manager told me that I would not be seen today. I asked if I could speak to the provider or Dr. Bellinger about the circumstances of the appointment and if they could extend some professional courtesy as I had taken off from my own clinic to come to this appointment. I believe that you at innovacare has been receiving financial payments just from having my wife and I enrolled with this clinic. Payments coming from me, a patient that has never been officially seen in your business. The manager Keyonna , refused my request to speak to the provider I was supposed to see. The apathy that exuded off of this manager I then canceled the appointment and reported the poor customer service to Humana Tricare East and removed this office from being my PCM. My wife was also present and after seeing the way I was being treated also terminated her care with this office. I understand that there are a million and one policies and procedures in every clinical practice, however there is also empathy and exceptions that can be made for circumstance. I was treated with zero respect by Keyonna and the staff at the front desk. When my wife started talking to them about being discharged, there was no attempt at any service recovery. I was refused access to the provider by someone who obviously just wanted me to leave and not come back. If this the kind of clinical costumer culture that your business advocates? read more

I've been going to Dr Bellingar's office for over 20 years. It's the best doctors office I've ever had. The staff is stellar. Patty, who is my PA is so understanding and listens to me. I see Dr Bellingar when it's necessary for me to see her. All I have to do is ask for an appointment. This is an extremely professional and well functioning medical group. I never stop being impressed with the way that I'm treated. Maybe that has something to do with the way I treat others. These other complaints are a frivolous, entitled, spoiled people. You should be so lucky to have a Dr Bellingar in such a convenient location. read more

STAY AWAY! Very transphobic!! Not to mention unprofessional and downright rude. the visit consisted of ignoring my health concerns, asking me about assumptions they made about me, and violating HIPPA. You better be comfortable with your personal healthcare info shared with other random patients. They love sharing it umprompted. Additionally, I had been asking to have my medication refilled for over a month. I kept calling to follow up with them. They kept saying "we'll call you later". Obviously, they never did. I finally called this morning to follow up AGAIN. They said that it's been too long and that they can't give me my medication because of the length they made me wait for them to reply. A clear case of malpractice that will be taken to propery authorities. DO. NOT. GO. HERE. read more

I currently have her as my primary care physician. I went in today to get the results of some lab tests they had run. I already used the portal to find out the results of the test and It is good that I did. Seems that to quote the attending practitioner, "Make him reschedule for next week. The problem is just cause he is old, and isn't accepting it. He can wait until then to find out." The person who actually did the test saw something that she felt was urgent to take care of. Apparently, their attitude here is that if you are old, and dying anyway it doesn't really matter. read more

This office has been my primary doctor for 3 years and I've never even met Dr. Bellingar. This is the worst doctors office I've ever had, no communication, no follow up and they just don't care. Dr Bridget Bellingar & Staff are great! I love them. They treat many people in my family and are extremely professional and courteous. My medical I'd not easy and I'm always treated well. They're concerned with your total health. They're capable of filling in for a number of doctor types as well. read more

This is the worst Dr office ever. If I could give no stars, I would. The staff is the most uncaring group of people. Only want the money. Very hard to give referrals as they want to treat you they changed my medicines and putting my life in jeopardy. Ended up in er, after going to office first which they did nothing. read more

I am not impressed at all with this office which I was referred to. First time saw the nurse practioner who was not friendly - forgot to write 2 perscriptions I requested. Every time I've tried to make an appointment they are booked, their only accomodation is to walk in before 2pm. I did really like Dr. Clark who works there - very professional, caring and listens to your needs. I had cultures done and was told 1 week for them to come in, followed up a week later to be told they were still pending. I called the following week and spoke to a nurse, who told me they made a mistake and forgot to send my items to the lab. She told me to call back on that Friday now pending 3 weeks. I called back and sat on hold for 10 minutes when someone else picked up the phone and told me they were still not back and made excuses about the insurance company. No apology or responsibility for their mistake. I will be finding another doctor who actually provides reliable service to their patients. If something had been wrong and labs were pending for 3 weeks, I could have even more serious health complications. I'm incredibly dissappointed and frustrated with this office. read more

Went to Dr. Bellingare office and saw the nurse practitioner Kathy. First off they charged me for a well visit, which should have been free, then they put me in a room did my vitals and told me to put the robe on. I waited for 45 minutes until Kathy finally came in. I told her I was about to leave. I thought they forgot about me, like they did once before. Kathy sat down I told her about a change in my family history she argued with me about it until I had to point certain information out on the paper I was trying to give her. She seemed as it didn't matter and told me not to worry about it and everything will be fine. Did not ask to to keep the paper work to submit into their system. She did the exam, and told me she wasn't going have me get a mammogram done, (I'm 49) she said it wasn't necessary, it been over three years since I've had one. She almost didn't have me get blood work done until I pointed out to her about my vitamin D deffeincy. I will be looking for a new primary doctor, Denise was much better, it's a shame she left. read more
